I got the wrong thing.. tried too contact for 2 weeks now without any answer…

I've ordered a spare part for an electric scooter. The price was OK, no shipping cost and relatively fast delivery. I'm satisfied.

Des arnaqueurs !!!! Ils marquent mon colis signé alors que je n'ai rien reçu !!!!! Ils Mont volé 65 euros . Le pire cest qu'ils renvoient le colis alors que jai du racheter des roues et chambre a fait pour piu voir aller travailler, je leur ai dit non ils le font quand même. Deux semaines plus tard je renvoi un mail toujours pas de colis pour le renvoyer et on ne me parle même pas de celui-ci juste qu'ils ne peuvent pas rembourser cest marqué signé !! Des voleurs et ça fait 3 mois que ça dure !!

Nur einen teil der Lieferung erhalten.Rücknahme wird verweigert,statt dessen wurden mir zuerst 20.-,dann 30.- € Rückerstattung angeboten.Wollte es annehmen nun werden meine Nachrichten vom Kundendienst seit gut 3 Tagen ingnoriert.Erstattet wurde natürlich nichts.Finger weg von diesem Shop!!

One star for the company, five stars for the bogist C1 pro product.

The product is excellent but asking the company some questions (by email) they gave me answers that showed me that I have nothing to expect from them.

They won't solve your problems, they just sell products nothing else. They seemed so incompetent even with simple questions that it really makes me wonder, if (at least) this product is theirs.

So get a product (they look and probably are, very good and at a good price) but whatever happens, look elsewhere. Strangers on youtube can give you a solution, videos on youtube can give you a solution, everywhere / anywhere you can find a solution except the company. They will tell you regardless.

I know, it's frustrating, but I lived it. I'm not telling lies. For anyone who wants, I can send him the correspondence I had with them so you can see for yourself what answers I got to questions related to their (for heaven shake) product.

I ordered a custom part that has broken from my c1 pro and they didn't sent it for 3 months now and no reply after many emails. This is the worst support I ever faced.

Only scam, terrible comunikation, na answer, no delivery. I am waiting for my money since march.

J’ai commandé en avril une trottinette qui a ce jour n’est pas livrée. Malgré plusieurs mails pour connaître le suivi et voir où en est ma commande, je n’ai aucun retour. je ne peux même pas visualiser le suivi de ma commande, qui soi-disant est livrée ! L’argent a été empoché et personne ne répond aux mails que j’ai envoyé.
C’est inadmissible !
On ne peut même pas suivre l’envoi de l’article depuis l’entrepôt jusqu’à la livraison ni même savoir qui a pris en charge cette livraison.

Scooter arrived on time love the improvements to the look however when the scooter was charged up it killed the screen and would not power on for over a day then it just started working again then stopped after charging its my 2nd c1 pro the other was perfect in every way i emailed bogist shop to report problem and was totally ignored now theyre asking for a review 1 star and theyre lucky to get that

the product that i purchased is great but unfortunately i can not use it anymore because my scooter was stolen..

I never got my last order. Almost 2 months now.
No answer to my e-mails.

Le service de livraison en l'occurrence DPD des escrocs et voleurs qui ne font rien pour les réclamations .
