J'ai acheté une M5 PRO le 17 Juin dernier.
Malgré les nombreuses publicités vidéos qui expliquaient que la M5 PRO était équipée d'amortisseurs, j'ai reçue la mienne SANS AMORTISSEURS. Après plusieurs échanges de mail avec l'usine, il apparaît qu'ils ne veulent rien entendre et me soutiennent que les amortisseurs sont dans les tubes sur le devant de la fourche. Or les tubes sont VIDES et FIXES. Deplorable, aucun interlocuteur pour discuter. J'ai l'impression d'avoir à faire à une IA bornée et stupide.

05/06 je commande un contrôleur pour ma trottinette de marque BOGIST C1 PRO, (produit en ligne), je reçois un courrier me demandant une photo du mien pour qu'ils ne se trompent pas (???), envoi fait. Pas de réponse ! Je réclame ! Plus tard je reçois un courrier me disant que ce modèle n'était plus fabriqué (bizarre en ligne mais plus fabriqué ! ) Ils me proposent le nouveau modèle, donc j'accepte et j'attends. Le 28/06 je reçois enfin mon colis. Je défais l'emballage et là surprise !! Je réceptionne un objet qui visuellement n'est pas du-tout mais alors du-tout neuf !! J’envoie un message, (il me semble, lors de ma commande, avoir acheté un contrôleur neuf et pas un objet usé et troué (photos à l'appuies) pas de réponse ! RELANCE !! Aujourd'hui 11/07 toujours RIEN ! Alors moi je vous dis ce site est honteux, aucun respect pour les clients !!! NE COMMANDER SURTOUT PAS SUR CE SITE ! Délais trop long, objets en ligne qui n’existent plus (escrocs), ne répondent pas au SAV, par-contre ils savent bien ponctionner de suite le montant sur votre compte en banque. Je regrette amèrement !!!

Schlimmster Kundenservice, der mir je unter gekommen ist.
Ich habe dort einen Ersatzreifen für den Bogist M5 Pro bestellt.
Ich konnte ihn erst später genauer ansehen weil ich ihn montieren wollte und entdeckte eine Art Brandloch. Da waren 7 Tage vergangen oder so.
Ich schrieb den Kontakt den ich von den letzten Malen hatte aber der sagte er arbeite nicht mehr bei Bogist.
Also versuchte ich es mit der Mailadresse die mir bekannt war. Diese Adresse war scheinbar auch nicht mehr aktuell. Ich machte mich also auf die Suche nach der aktuellen Mailadresse und kontaktierte Bogist.
Da waren exakt 9 Tage vergangen.
Bogist antwortete zunächst nicht und teilte mir dann mit dass zu viel Zeit (nämlich mehr als 10 Tage) vergangen waren.
Ich wies darauf hin dass das nicht wahr ist, weil es erst 10 Tage waren bei der letzten Mail, und das nur deshalb weil sie ihre Mailadressen und Nimmern tauschen wie die Unterhosen. Daraufhin wollten sie Screenshots davon als Beweis dass ich ihnen im 10. Tag nach Erhalt geschrieben habe. Dabei müssten sie nur die Korrespondenz selbst durchsehen.
Doch ich schickte ihnen trotzdem die verlangten Screenshots.
Daraufhin antworteten sie mir, scheinbar ohne die verlangten Screenshots angesehen zu haben, dass wenn ich erst nach mehr als 10 Tagen (was ja nicht der Wahrheit entspricht) das Problem melde, dann müssen sie davon ausgehen dass ich den Reifen selbst beschädigt habe!
Sie bezeichnen unbequeme Kunden als Lügner und selbst wenn man ihnen belegt dass der Sachverhalt nicht so ist wie sie ihn darstellen, beharren sie noch immer auf ihrem erfundenen Standpunkt und bezeichnen Kunden weiterhin als Lügner. Der Schaden am Reifen kann offensichtlich niemals durch einen Spitzen Stein oder dergleichen während der Fahrt entstanden sein. Es ist ein richtiges Cut drin.

Bogist is a very good company in thé domain of électric bike and scooter . I bought a bogist m5 pro s from this website and I do not regret my choice my bogist bike is very useful to do some distances between store or places that I want to go and my house.
The autonomy of the battery is very good if you don’t go to the full speed .
