Best Customer Service

I bought a sink from this company 2 years ago when I renovated yhe kitchen. The sink was looking great and has a lot of features including the one that displayed the current water temperature and the duration of the water usage.
A d this feature currently stopped working...I contacted the company Customer Support and representative Tony resolved my issue immediately by sending defective part at no cost!

Excellent customer service and fast support

We purchased a shower system from Boelon about a year ago and recently had a small issue with one of the push buttons.

What really impressed us is their customer service. This is already the second time we contacted them with a question, and both times the response was incredibly fast, friendly and very solution-oriented.

In both cases the issue was handled immediately and replacement parts were sent without any discussion. That kind of after-sales support is rare and really appreciated.

Communication with Tony and the team has always been professional, helpful and very customer-focused.

Highly recommended – not only because of the products, but especially because of the excellent service.

Love this sink

Love this sink! The versatility is really unmatched. We installed a disposal but put the disposal button on the sink where the “dead” button is. Works great and no hole in my new countertop. My personal preference would be two sinks vs one big one. Would totally buy again tho. Super happy with it!

The sink seems to work well as I've…

The sink seems to work well as I've only had it a few days. The only downside has been the lack of specs for the sink. Both the countertop people and my sink installer couldn't find very good info on how to cut the countertop and also how to install. My installer removed the button to drain the sink and instead installed a button for the disposal. That was awesome so we didn't have to cut a hole in the new countertop for that. Otherwise I like the sink so far!

Excellent Quality

I got their Boelon Luxury Bluetooth Concealed Shower System with LED Lights and Digital Display. The shower system is actually very well made. Very smart and convenient. They also have great support. The quality is as advertised

So far so good

Customer service has been really great so far, typically responding in less than 24 hours. Just installed sink and is working greatly. Hope it holds up over time!

This is an amazing sink that we should get a commission for future sales. Everyone who comes over to see our remodeled kitchen lives the sink. Had a couple of questions and Tony in customer support is exceptional. Very quick to answer and solved any question.

Looking forward to buying a 2nd shower system

I fell in love with the Boelon shower system 2 years ago when I saw it on Instagram. I was about to renovate the main bathroom of the house and thought the system would be great with it's modern look yet simple design.

I live in NJ and my home was built in 1968. The fittings that came with the system did not work in my home. I reached out to customer support and they worked with me. Had to explain the issue with getting the fitting to work with my pipes. They sent a new fitting, it didn't work. So they custom made a fitting that would. It worked and the shower was up and running beautifully.

Several months later, two of the push buttons started to leak. I reached out to customer service again and again they worked with me to resolve the issue. I was mailed the replacement parts and was sent a video with easy to follow instructions to install. All is running smoothly.

My family and I are still in love with the system. I'm looking forward to purchasing a shower system from Boelon when I'm ready to renovate the master bathroom.

Excellent Quality and Customer Service

We purchased the sink system and we are really happy with it, it exceeds our expectations. the sink bottom has a little dent, probably happened during shipping. Just a quick email explaining the situation and they immediately sent a replacement. excellent customer service. I will definitely purchase again if needed.

Great kitchen sink

Great kitchen sink. Bought it after watching an advertisement on Instagram. Pretty risky but turned out to be great. Works well. All who have seen it like it. Had a spare part issue which was very quickly resolved which impressed me . All in all a great product . Have had it for 3 years now.

We love this sink

We love this sink. It provides exact temperature of the water and has many accessories to make working with it very easy. The different faucet configuration is great and the pull down sprayer has a high pressure mode that makes cleaning plates very easy. The blue light looks really cool. We have received many compliments. Most important of all, when we had an issue, the company was very responsive to make sure everything was taken care of. They certainly stand behind their product with great customer service.
