Bodywel® Ebikes Arvostelua 

Mi experiencia con Bodywel ha sido muy decepcionante.

Compré dos bicicletas eléctricas Bodywel por un importe aproximado de 960 €. A los 13 meses, ambas comenzaron a presentar exactamente el mismo fallo de forma prácticamente simultánea: dejaban de encender.

Contacté inmediatamente con el fabricante y colaboré en todo momento. Les envié fotografías, vídeos del fallo y toda la información que me solicitaron. Tras varios intercambios de mensajes, el propio fabricante reconoció por escrito que había recibido toda la documentación y que no podía identificar con absoluta certeza qué componente estaba provocando la avería.

A pesar de ello, la única solución propuesta fue enviarme unas piezas para que fueran sustituidas y probadas, sin garantizar que esa fuera realmente la causa del problema. Como no soy técnico y considero que no corresponde al cliente diagnosticar una avería eléctrica cuyo origen el propio fabricante reconoce desconocer, rechacé asumir esa responsabilidad.

Durante toda la reclamación el fabricante mantuvo que únicamente ofrecía una garantía comercial de un año, mientras que yo defendía que mis derechos como consumidor debían ser respetados conforme a la normativa aplicable. Finalmente, la única compensación económica ofrecida fue de 50 € para las dos bicicletas, una cantidad que, en mi opinión, ni siquiera cubre el coste de un diagnóstico profesional en un taller especializado.

Después de varios meses de conversaciones, me encuentro con dos bicicletas que costaron aproximadamente 960 € y que siguen sin una solución definitiva.

Comparto esta experiencia para que cualquier persona que esté valorando comprar una bicicleta Bodywel tenga en cuenta no solo el precio del producto, sino también cómo se ha gestionado mi incidencia una vez apareció un problema importante.

Toda esta reseña se basa exclusivamente en mi experiencia personal y en la documentación, vídeos y comunicaciones mantenidas con el fabricante.

Ho acquistato una T16PRO, che era già preassemblata all'85%, quindi sono riuscito a completare l'installazione molto rapidamente. Mi Piace davvero molto.

I got the T16 bike for my birthday and the seat was so complicated to screw in because it kept falling out multiple times and every single time I rode it I had to screw the seat back in but no matter how hard it was screwed it kept falling out and it was so infuriating and enraging that I unscrewed the bike but it wouldn’t tighten and just broke very bad model. For anyone planning to buy a bodywel bike -100/10 do NOT recommend getting it was just a complete waste of money.

I purchased this bike for my DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY. We are extremely dissatisfied with this store. We contacted Bodywel and thoroughly explained that we received a DAMAGED, USED BIKE . My husband was INJURED TAKING IT FOR A TEST RIDE. The back wheel is completely LOCKED UP from the SPROCKET COMING OFF. Which was ASSEMBLED BY BODYWEL when we received it. The parts that connect the handlebar are completely RUSTED- clearly showing it's USED. The handlebar came off the bike during the test ride and my husband was injured. this was supposed to be like for my daughter for her birthday. I am appalled by their response offering us a $30 repair refund for a bike that's UNUSABLE and USED after purchasing an expensive NEW BIKE from BODYWEL and receiving a USED BIKE that DOESN'T WORK that's the WRONG COLOR and that my husband was already INJURED BY and we CANNOT RIDE. I told them we would wait for their response before giving them a rating. A $30 refund for a BROKEN and USED BIKE is an INSULT!!!!!!

Pésima experiencia. Compré una T16 Pro en AliExpress y el paquete me llegó golpeado. La bicicleta traía varias piezas rotas y cables arrancados. Tramité la devolución y tanto el vendedor Bodywel como AliExpress me negaron la devolución y no se hacen cargo de los gastos de envío. Menos mal que PayPal mediante una reclamación que les puse me dió a mí toda la razón y ya tengo mi dinero de vuelta. Si leéis las reseñas de Amazon podreis ver varios casos similares en los cuales niegan la devolución. Les pedí algún tipo de compensación y nada. Marean la perdiz.

Ich habe das T16 Pro jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Einsatz. Für kurze Strecken ist es super, vor allem in der Stadt. Akku reicht für meine Bedürfnisse völlig aus.

2de aanvulling review 27maart. Na enkele weken is het probleem met de zadelpen opgelost. Hiervoor heeft een technieker een oplossing gevonden. Er kan eindelijk op dd fiets gereden worden. Natuurlijk met bijkomende kosten

No encuentro en Córdoba capital donde llevar bicicleta BODYWEL en garantía

Got 2 e bikes, started having issue with one bike where it moving ahead without doing anything (Got saves lot of times hitting other vehicles and hurting myself)
Similarly the second bike I lost the Nut and I requested nut from them and paid the shipping cost. They sent me wrong nut and asked me to use washer to workaround. This is unacceptable

Love my bodywel bike, it runs great no problems getting up hills and feels very stable. I have had a few problems with the bike recently but bodywel are happy to help sending out parts to get it fixed. Good all.round bike with good milage.
