I purchased my first BodTrack two years ago and i have purchased three this year one for myself and others as gifts. I rate the BodTrack over the Fit Bit that was given to me as a gift and rate it as a 5 out of 5.

I wanted a step counter that looked nice, not the plastic band look. I have small wrists so this is hard to find. The BodTrack Magma in black is perfect. I tested it along w 3 other track items on a walk that was 451 steps, bodtrack was only 10 off. The next most accurate was 73 steps high. I have deleted all but health from phone and can enter my count if I want. It’s a personal step count goal so I don’t really need it to sync, I know if I’m on the right track without that.

I originally ordered my smartwatch back in April. When I received it I had problems binding it to the app, connecting it to Bluetooth, and unable to change the time setting from 24 hour to 12 hour display. After I contacted the company they tried sending me a digital copy of the instruction manual. When I was unable to open it because the format wasn't compatible with the phone they offered me a refund or replacement item. When I decided for a replacement I was notified in a couple of days that it was shipped and provided the tracking number. When I notified them the info hadn't updated in almost 3 weeks they instructed me to contact my local post office and provided the necessary link. After I was told the package was lost in delivery I immediately notified the company and within hours was told a replacement for the missing item was being shipped. I am very happy with the professional and timely manner this was given.

My contact person was Sarah great help. Had no issues and response time was great for watch that needs repairs.
