I don’t normally invest much into skincare for myself because, if I’m honest, I’ve never really felt like I got much out of it. Most products and treatments I’d tried in the past either felt overhyped or made very little noticeable difference, so it was never something I paid much attention to.

After hearing a few people talking about Body Laundry, I ended up trying a session using a mate’s set one morning just to see what the fuss was about. I genuinely wasn’t expecting much from it, but straight away after the first session I could feel a difference. I walked out feeling fresh, clean, rejuvenated and just generally more awake. My skin looked healthier, less tired, and I actually felt more confident heading into the day.

What surprised me most was how immediate the results felt. It wasn’t one of those things where you have to convince yourself it’s working — I could actually see and feel the difference after the first go. Since then, I decided to take the plunge properly and make it part of my routine, and honestly I haven’t looked back.

It’s one of the few things I’ve invested in personally where I genuinely feel the benefit every time. Between the feeling afterwards, the improvement in my skin, and the overall boost it gives you mentally, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Starting using Boddy Laundry a month ago, and honestly, I cannot believe how easy they have made skincare. Super simple, 3 products in the morning. 3 in the evening. That's it. I would recommend to anyone who hasn't got a clue about what they put on their skin (me!). 10/10!
