Every summer, our retreat in Mykonos with Rod feels like a dream — but better. He creates a truly unique experience each year, blending fitness, mindfulness, and joy in the most beautiful setting imaginable. His energy is inspiring, workouts transformative, and his attention to each of us so matched.

Every members of the retreat are brilliantly chosen. We become close friends so easily. For me it is more than retreat — it’s a memory for life. I feel stronger, lighter, and more connected every time I leave.

Another fab retreat by Rod and a great bunch of people to barre with. This is my second Bodbyrod retreat and I like how Rod mixed up the (non-barre) itinerary so we kept some of the no-brainers and got the chance to try a couple of new places too. Oh and for the barre…excellent as always. The couple of yoga classes too were a really nice chance to focus on mobility and serenity inbetween spicy barre classes. Thanks Rod! Xx

I’m so glad I took the plunge and signed up to Rod’s September retreat! He’s the perfect host – greeting us with a warm welcome on arrival at the beautiful villa and ensuring we all had the best time.

Barre classes were burny but good fun! Breakfasts were delicious and the villa provided the perfect base to relax and recharge, with picture-perfect views, inviting pools and a local beach. Evenings saw us enjoying a few drinks, fine food and the magical Mykonos nightlife.

The lovely group of people I was with made the experience extra special. Sign me up for next year please Rod!

After looking at the Mykonos retreat for the last 3 years I was finally able to go and it lived up to all expectations and more.

The villa was beautiful with plenty of space to relax outside of the classes and each class was filled with so much laughter, positivity and hard work. Rod also organised gorgeous dinners at all the best spots in Mykonos. It’s a retreat of perfect balance.

Going was the best decision I’ve made and a trip I would absolutely love to do again.

A week back from my Mykonos Barre retreat and I still have the blues. A great set up, in an idyllic location, fabulous sessions and a great group of people.

I hadn’t ever been to a barre class with Rod let alone met him, so it felt a bit daunting to embark on his 5-day retreat in Mykonos, but I can safely say that it was one of the best decisions of my life.

The only downside was having to say goodbye to everyone in the end!

Rod’s retreat to Mykonos in June was incredible from start to finish - back in rainy London it now seems like a complete dream! I came home feeling so much stronger after 5 days of barre and yoga in the sunshine (against the villa’s stunning ocean view), but the hard work was always balanced out with play and relaxation. Rod’s choices of beach clubs and restaurants were exquisite - we ate and drank SO well, and the group were so lovely - socialising never felt awkward or forced. If you’re thinking about signing up… do it, you won’t regret it!

My first time I had booked a Barre retreat and it definitely won’t be my last , Rod definitely raised the bar, organizing the transportation, the dinner reservations so you really didn’t have to raise a hand , apart from the odd glass of Lady A. Breath taking views over looking the Aegean Sea at the villa, scrumptious breakfast and plenty of time to explore the island and chillax at one of the many beach clubs. The group was a mix of solo travelers, friends and family so perfect for everyone and at all ages.

Just back from BodbyRod’s Myknonos retreat and I’m still glowing. Set in a beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the retreat is a perfect blend of challenging barre workouts led by Rod - one of the best instructors in the game, downtime by the pool soaking up the sunshine, and a sprinkle of bougie beach club vibes that Mykonos is famous for. The experience was made all the more special by the lovely group of people I got to share it with. Thanks so much to Rod for organising a superb retreat - what a superstar! I had one of the best time of my lifetime. Rod gave us a bit of magic 👌🤍. Although we had a huge amount of classes, still we enjoyed during the day…i am looking forward to the next ones 🫶

I’m in my 50s and accompanied my wife on Rods retreat. I had never been to Mykonos, met Rod or seen any of his classes. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The class schedule mixed with yoga sessions, free time and organised trips was just right. The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable and superbly located. Local beaches, beach clubs, shops, tavernas and car hire are all in walking distance. Mykonos Town is great to explore. Rod’s overall organisation and hospitality made the holiday. I would definitely recommend it to anybody. I would definitely do it again.

Rod’s retreat was fantastic, from start to finish. Everything was organised, with time left to also explore the island at our leisure. Great company, amazing workouts, stunning setup. Highly recommend for solo travellers and groups alike, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Rod!

Everything organised. Luxury Villa. Burny burny classes aplenty plus some yoga to balance out the burn. Restaurants, beach clubs - the best the island has to offer and great people to share it all with who we will miss. Rod you are even better in real life. So glad I met you at last and had such a wonderful 5 days away. Already thinking about next year.

FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS. Couldn’t recommend this retreat more! The classes and timetabling were well structured and carefully curated. The restaurants we went to were incredible. I’ve never eaten so well in my life!
