Rita is excellent. She has a solid understanding of the Bo Concept portfolio and provided me with recommendations to meet my needs and tastes. Products were delivered quickly and delivery seamless. A positive experience

I placed an order with BoConcept in December and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

The parcel was confirmed as lost by the courier, yet instead of resolving the issue efficiently, I was repeatedly asked to provide unnecessary documentation, including personal identification and a signature, which felt inappropriate.

I was also initially offered an ex-display item instead of a brand-new replacement, which does not reflect what I originally paid for.

No reliable alternative delivery solution was offered, and communication has been inconsistent throughout. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, which added to the frustration.

Overall, this experience has been far below the standard I would expect from a company of this reputation.

Furthermore, due to a mistake on the store’s part, my personal email address was used instead of the store’s email without my knowledge. As the messages were going to my spam folder, this likely contributed to the lack of communication and the failure to deliver the product.

We have purchased few different products from Bo Concept and very happy with our experience. Leoni and other members of the team have been very accommodating and very knowledgeable!

A piece of framed wall art that I purchased from Bo-Concept had unfortunately (over time) reacted negatively to the glue used on the background fabric on which the artwork was mounted. The resulting brown spots were marring the overall appearance of the art. I loved the art and approached the store I purchased it from to establish if they could replace the framed artwork. After a few conversations and email traffic, I was put in touch with Tracey at Bo-Concept Customer Service to see if she could assist me.
Tracey spent time researching and trawling various stores to find a replacement. Sadly, I was disappointed that the replacement art she located had suffered some wear and tear, and I reluctantly decided to retain my original wall art in my possession. Recognising my abject disappointment, Tracey offered a goodwill compensation gesture in the form of a partial cash refund plus a credit note.
Without Tracey's commitment and time spent in seeking a mutual resolve on the matter, I may have been a disgruntled 'put up and shut up' customer with no intention of buying from BoConcept in the future. This was real-time customer service offered by a staff member who cares about her role and its purpose. Tracey followed up on the matter to ensure the agreement was followed through and the outcome was finalised.
If all customer service staff were of the same work ethic as Tracey, the shopping experience would be much improved.
I would like to thank Tracey and hope the company recognise her value to the brand.

Leoni Johanns, Interior Designer at BoConcept, Canterbury, has a very good knowledge of BoConcept's furniture range. She was very helpful and informative helping me to choose 2 sofas in a suitable style, fabric, and dimensions to fit in with my open plan living space.

My 2 Modena sofas were delivered yesterday and I’m totally delighted with their stylish elegance and high quality fabric. Also delighted they are so comfortable to sit on!

Our delivery was spot-on on the target date from when we ordered 8 weeks ago. The delivery service could not have been more organised or professional. Thank you to Trevor and Jesus for coordinating and installing our new Carmo sofa, ensuring it was positioned exactly correctly and taking good care to not damage any of the flooring. I was apprehensive as to how the piece would look in our Victorian-interior living room but the modern style just fabulous and timeless. Could not be more thrilled and already looking at other pieces to buy. Great job BoConcept!

We worked with Paula at the Edinburgh shop and from walking in to having our furniture delivered it has been a caring experience.
Paula really understood our needs and worked with us to visualize the seats we liked in our space at home.
She was incredibly patient with us while we got the right furniture with the right material.
The delivery team were also excellent, very efficient and friendly.

Will not leave me alone. I bought a sofa 18months ago and I receive relentless marketing. I’ve asked multiple times via phone and email to be removed from these communications but it seems they ignore it. Sofa is fine just don’t give them any contact details

We had wonderful service from BoConcept. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by Peter who was really nice and very helpful. He guided us through the purchase of two sofas. They have just arrived today and we couldn't be happier with them. Delivery was exactly as promised. The installation team were really great - helpful and very friendly. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

We’ve used Bo Concept several times with items ranging from sofas, lamps, rugs and cupboards. You pay a bit more than you would expect to pay in the larger high street stores, but the upshift in quality is definitely worth it.
Peter Hine at the Edinburgh branch on Rose Street has been exemplary. He’s informative and insightful but not at all “pushy”.

My mother experienced an issue with her sofa, and after contacting BoConcept’s customer care team, we were immediately impressed by their response. They promptly arranged for a third party to assess the issue, and as soon as it was identified, they presented us with a range of thoughtful options and solutions to ensure my mother had the best possible experience and truly loved her sofa.
Throughout the entire process, BoConcept demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism. We were given ample time to consider our options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and about ensuring we could fully enjoy their product. In the end, the sofa was replaced with a brand new one, and the outcome exceeded our expectations.
The team went above and beyond, offering expert advice, time, and outstanding service every step of the way. I would especially like to highlight Angelina, Head of Customer Services, who was absolutely outstanding, as well as Amir in sales at Brent Cross branch, who connected me with Nefeli at the Finchley Road store. Nefeli did an amazing job helping us find the perfect sofa for my mother.
I cannot recommend BoConcept highly enough. We love the product, the people, and every aspect of the service. It is truly worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for your care and dedication—you have made my mother very happy.

We had an amazing experience with Ellie Kordan at Tottenham Court Road store. One of my friends recommended me BoConcept and I’m really glad that we purchased our furniture from here. Before we popped into this store, we briefly visited another furniture store nearby called Sofa.com in Southbank. We were absolutely shocked with the bad service there, only one miserable staff there and seemed disinterested in doing anything… didn’t even stand up whilst answering our enquiry. In contrast, at BoConcept, we were welcomed with polite greetings, drinks and professional service. Ellie provided us lots of useful information and helped us order a sofa we like. The additional service was also amazing such as they provide loan sofas before they deliver your personalise ones. We like that everything is assembled nicely without extra packaging and boxes, which saves a huge amount of hassle. We also unexpectedly purchased an armchair that’s on display as it is extremely comfortable and well designed. It made our home more cozy and relaxing, and that makes it worth every penny. I would recommend BoConcept and Ellie to everyone around me and thank you for the amazing service!

Excellent customer service, amazing product quality, and a great delivery experience. The team accidentally installed the shelves on a cabinet upside down, and they came back out at no cost to me and fixed it. Really very happy with my decision to order from this company.

I recently redecorated my living/dining room and needed new furniture to complement the updated look. I already owned a few BoConcept pieces and wanted to ensure anything new blended seamlessly with what l had.

Emily, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic. She carefully considered the size of my space, the colour palette, and the style I was aiming for. Thanks to her expertise, my home has been completely transformed, and I couldn't be more delighted with the result.

I ordered the New York table with the brown ceramic top and the Princeton dining chairs in a beautiful Lazio boucle fabric. I also chose the Lugano media unit and was amazed by how many different configurations were available—it's such a clever and versatile design.

Emily even arranged new legs for one of my existing chairs, and that simple colour change has completely unified the entire room.

Although Cheltenham isn't my closest store, it's absolutely worth the trip. The location is great with easy parking, and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

If you're looking for new furniture, a standout
statement piece, or even just accessories like cushions to finish off a room, I couldn't recommend BoConcept Cheltenham more highly. A brilliant experience from start to finish.
