Staff very nice, helpful. Return digital paperwork not as precise as it could have been. I purchased black shorts in medium and large and needed to return the large. Distinguishing between the two was difficult as size wasn't part of return notation - unless I just missed it.

Product reviews say that their credit information was stolen but that didn’t happen to me. The product I ordered came fairly quickly and in perfect condition. Would order from here again if I needed anything

It took 9 days just to get it to USPS, then another 4 days for delivery. That’s too long.

I ordered a pair of Under Armour youth XL brawler 2.0 pants from Bob's. I received the product, but it was many sizes larger than the YXL pants I have purchased from other locations in the past (my husband could wear these children's pants). The tags also looked weird - the Y on the YXL label is in a different font, the tag was sewn in crooked, and Under Armour moved to tagless several years ago. I have been ordering these pants from Under Armour, Amazon, and Kohls for years and never had an issue. I contacted Bob's to return the product, and that part went OK. However, they did not refund the original shipping fee and charged me for return shipping. Bob's says I got what I ordered and I should realize online shopping is not exact, but I maintain I got what I ordered in name only and I didn't actually receive YXL brawler 2.0 pants. I then opened a BBB complaint, but the responses received from the company have been snarky and condescending.
Update: PayPal gave me a credit for the amount Bob's refuses to refund. PayPal 1, Bob's 0.

I've seen quite a few negative reviews of this website and I'm not sure what happened with other's orders. I just know I ordered my product early morning and shipped later that day and I received mine as described in the listing in 3 or 5 days. I just thought I would write a positive review to put other's minds at ease. I would definitely order again as this was the only place with my item in stock and shipped in record time.

Had to send the company an email a week after placing the order to remind them to ship the item purchased. Finally received a tracking number after a week and a half by email with no apology. Then waited additional time to receive pkg.
When item finally arrived, it was fine but noticed their return policy is complicated.
