Thank you so much

Thank you so much! You were the only store I could find in the country with the bag I needed in stock & ready to ship. Shipping was fast. Very pleased.

MISSIN ITEM NO HELP FROM COMPANY

The item was shipped but states at one point since June 13th today is July 16th. They refuse to file a claim or do anything about this for another week to week and a half. I think this is sad for any company to take this long. I called the company and right from the start she was down right rude in her tone and stated "if this call is strictly about that order there's nothing else I can do. Goodbye." So I am out money and product.
I suggest if ordering online shop else where. I never had a company not take care of the customers issues immediately or in a timely manner. This is definetly not a timely manner.

Great Experience Despite My Initial Concerns

Wanted the older Patagonia 26L backpack in a specific green buckhorn green color, but it was sold out everywhere. I found it on Bob’s website, though I had never heard of the company before. After doing some research, I found a lot of mixed reviews. One Reddit post suggested calling the store to confirm the item was actually in stock, so I did just that before placing my order. I live in Brooklyn and paid for 3 day air shipping $11 just to be safe, but I actually received it the very next day. I’m really happy the experience turned out so well because I was pretty worried at first. In the end, getting this backpack was totally worth it haha.

Is it really a good idea to order…

Is it really a good idea to order online from a place called Bob's Sports Chalet? I wasn't sure, but they had a Patagonia jacket I wanted to give my kiddo, so I did. After receiving it on 3/2/26, the jacket unexpectedly started to come apart soon after. The website states 30 days to return merchandise but for some reason they set the cutoff to 3/27/26. I emailed the site, explaining the issue. I was ignored. I emailed once more. Ignored. And again. Ignored.
