BOBO BIRD ® Official Arvostelua 7

Compré un reloj con grabación en la tapa trasera. Al hacer el pedido se debe de indicar en que línea quieres la grabación (Line 1, 2 ó 3), pero cuándo me llegó el reloj en la inscripción también me habían grabado el número de línea, es decir: "Line 2: .......". No me había ocurrido en compras anteriores, pero en este caso he escrito dos reclamaciones mediante el formulario de la web de Bobobird y no he recibido ninguna respuesta....de esto ya hace más de un mes.

First Product was a watch which came with the hands floating around inside the glass. Second watch never arrived. When I reported it to Aliespress next thing I know after two months they sent me a message that I owed for a logo I never even asked for. I was so fed up I told them to keep the watch.

I received a faulty watch and have contacted customer service 3 times but got no reply to my requests for a replacement. I have a few of their watches and love them but this one doesn't work properly, the seconds hand is jammed

2 Uhren bestellt am 29.01.2025. Lieferzeit sollte 2 Wochen sein. Ich dachte, es käme aus USA. Alles war in USD ausgewiesen. Zu keiner Zeit war mir bewußt, dass Bobo Bird Official Store ein chinesisches Unternehmen ist.
Mitte Feb. wurde ich unruhig. Unter "Track my Order" war nichts nachzuverfolgen, es gab die Nummer nicht! 2 Schreiben an Bobobird: keine Antwort. Ich sah mein Geld schon schwinden und 188 Euro den Bach runtergehen...
Erst als ich über Paypal ein Rücknahmeverfahren einleitete haben sie denen eine Tracking-Nummer geschickt, die Paypal dann an mich weiterleitete. Ein paar Tage später kamen dann auch die Uhren, zugestellt über Hermes. Ich mußte keine Zollgebühren bezahlen und die Uhren waren in Ordnung. Sogar mit Mini-Werkzeug dabei, damit man die Uhrbänder kürzen kann. Ordentlich verpackt in schönen Holzkästchen.

Auch wenn die Uhren noch so schön sind, ich werde aufgrund dieser Zitterpartie nie wieder bei Bobobird bestellen.

2 Watches ordered on 2025/01/29. Shipping was supposed to be 2 weeks. I had no idea I had ordered in China, I always thought it is an US-Store due to offer paying in USD.
Two weeks later, no watches had arrived..
I tried to track my order via order-number, but there was nothing. "Order-number doesn't exist" / "Order-Number cannot be found". I thougt my money, 187 Euro, was gone!
Two mails to Bobo Bird official store: no response!
I decided to get my money back via Paypal. It worked so far, that they sent Paypal a tracking-number and a couple of days later the delivery arrived.
Everything was fine, watches working, in nice wooden boxes, with mini-tools to shorten the wristbands.

Nevertheless I wouldn't order by Bobobird again.
I was simply glad that at the end it worked out well.

Bought 2 watches for Christmas gifts at the beginning of last December (2024). Have not yet arrived and the local courier has NOT received them. We even paid an extra $40 for expedited shipping, so that's also a loss. As of now, about $200 flushed down the toilet.

NO RESPONSE FROM BOBO BIRD SO FAR. 👎🏼 TERRIBLE/NO customer service. Buyers beware.

UPDATE::: 3 months later we located our watches at customs. They claimed they were flagged for being tagged "wood" watches, which is odd because I've literally ordered large pieces made of WOOD online in the past without issue and these were just tiny watches with a little wood. 🤣 The watches are awesome but Bobo still NEVER replied to our original enquiry when they went missing. So still be careful if you choose Bobo as you won't get any help from their end if your items are lost. And maybe if you're in Canada tell them not to mention the word "wood" on the package(?). Or just only order (wood)watches within your country. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Got a confirmation that the order had been received on 8 November. Then apparently it was shipped on the same day-the tracking number for the shipping always says "processing" numerous emails to Bobo bird. Not a single reply. Birthday present down the drain.

sculpture arrived broken...despite four approaches no refund
