Bob Mills Furniture Arvostelua 

Had a picture of the couch I wanted and had seen at Bob Mills about a year earlier. The salesperson looked it up. They had one left and it was delivered within the week.

We always enjoy shopping at Bob Mills and have been very happy with our purchases. We love not having sales associates stalk us!!

Customer Service was amazing, Delivery was smooth and efficient. We do have our favorite sales rep: Noemi is the best! However; "No Shopper Stalkers" is false advertisement. One afternoon, we went back to visit with Noemi and a young lady badgered us so badly, I had to leave. It was just too stressful!

Bob Mills furniture is so pretty and he has a friendly capable team.

The salesperson wasn't very helpful. She went too fast and didn't take her time with us. They have financing with a new bank and was unable to answer my questions I had in regards to paying my loan. She just seemed like she just wanted to sell us something and get us out the door.

The sales and delivery people were great! I bought a pub height dining room table. A standard height base was on the truck for delivery, on a Saturday. The delivery guys handled the entire situation. The correct base was delivered the following Monday - not a normal delivery day. Such a quick resolution! The only complaint was the call center. A delivery date for the correct base was set up. But the base was then located locally and delivered prior to the scheduled date. I never was able to actually speak with someone in the call center to cancel the scheduled delivery. The hold time was rediculous. There was significant frustration involved with getting the delivery appointment cancelled, which I feel should have been cancelled without my involvement but I kept getting contacted to confirm the delivery time and date. Luckily, all worked out well with minimal delay due to the local people handling the situation.

It was the worst customer service, I did the bob mills sleep spa and the bed they match me and my wife with was the worse bed I ever slept on. I dont have back problems and I started having them after sleeping on the bed only after 5 nights. They changed the bed for a more expensive bed and still had back problems after even after sleeping on the bed 1 month to "let my body adjust to the bed" as the sale person advised. I called the store and they told me sorry we only do a one time exchange, so I called the main office and asked to speak to a supervisor over the store managers and they told me there was not one. I asked who was over the store managers and they told me no one, so I ask if the CEO was and they told me yes so I asked to speak with the CEO and they told me no. So now I have a 5200.00 bed in the guest bedroom because I can not sleep on the bed. I love paying for thing I can not use.

sales experience was great , delivery experience was a nightmare

There is a problem with getting all your furniture together upon the initial delivery. On two occasions I have failed to get all my furniture upon the initial delivery, each time I've had to have a second delivery.

$1,200 in furniture for 5900 do you call that the deal I call it highway robbery especially when it was in-house financing

The saleman made it average because of his attitude and no knowledge of items and sales etc. I almost decided to leave. Should have ask for another saleman. He followed us everywhere throughout the store. Bought over $6,000 worth of furniture treated rude.

I bought a mattress on a movable base. The base works really well but the mattress is not holding up. My husbands side of the mattress had a big dent in it.

Furniture Salesman and Rug Sales Expert were awesome to work with. Simon made a trip to our home and brought several rugs to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my selection.

We had a very enjoyable experience with Shelby ordering the furniture we picked out. The process was smooth, delivery was excellent. We will be visiting again.

We ordered a sofa back in November and were told it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. In early January I received an email from Oklahoma stating that the sofa was ready for customer pick-up on January 31. Well, that wasn’t going to work and we had ALREADY PAID FOR DELIVERY! So I called the number I had been given and after repeated calls and listening to the voice message I was told that the sofa would be delivered on January 31. Then I received a call that the sofa wasn’t even at the distribution center so it wasn’t available for delivery. I was told they would look into it and call me back with details. Three weeks passed and I still had not heard anything so I called again. Still wasn’t at the distribution center. Again I was told someone would find out what was going on and I would be contacted. I spoke to one of the managers and he said the government shutdown was a factor delaying the delivery. Still no call back however. I called again on February 26 to see the status. It was finally at the distribution center! But if I had not called I don’t know if I would have been contacted. My calls were sometimes answered locally and sometimes from Oklahoma. More than 3 months after ordering the sofa it was finally delivered! The delivery staff were very professional and on time and that’s the only reason I gave a two star rating- otherwise it would have been less than that. Communication was nonexistent. I understand if there are delays but shouldn’t the customer be kept aware of the status? I called at least six times just to be told it wasn’t ready.
