Everything went well wrote rv,ermanent licence??? And now temp Licence is ruined . How can I get my permanent card.

They never mailed me my card. They asked for additional fees, claiming it’s a replacement even though the original never showed up. Then the replacement card never showed up. I complained again and they just say wait 8 weeks for a new card. Summer is over in 8 weeks! I’ve been trying to get a card from this scam company for 4 years now!!!

Regret using this company!!! They claimed to mail a physical card and when it doesn’t arrive on time they say it’s typical to arrive late. Then when it’s past 90 days they have an entire website for “losing” your card. If that isn’t a Scam I don’t know what is.

No possible way to get a renter license for MN boating even though MN DNR says you should be able to through Boater Exam, what a SCAM! Also don't answer their phones either.

An absolute sham. Their boat course was a waste of time and money. I can't believe the MN Department of Natural Resources allows them to do this. I am supportive of people demonstrating boat proficiency and the law, but they offer nothing new after doing this for 30 years, and are just a check box after collecting money from you. They have a policy where they charge more for your knowledge that you already have by allowing you to skip the content if you pay them more and if you don't pay they slow everything down so you waste your time. There is no one that designed this that is any good with educational design and nothing is grounded in proficiency or competency. The "tests" are as poorly designed as the lessons. It is solely designed as a financial gimmick. I had to pay before starting it so I finished their course and scored a near perfect score without doing any of the learning. I just had to spend 7 hours of clicking "next". I wouldn't pay them a cent after my experience as this is horrible education design and borders on fraudulent behavior. The sole purpose of their design is to get you to pay more so you don't have to actually acquire the content, which isn't worth much anyway. Once you get going they keep putting up pop ups that say pay more and you can skip the timers and content. This exactly the opposite of what a state agency should want. It is total pay to play and not a good site. The MN Department of Education should drop them and put something reasonable and of quality in place that doesn't just line some private entities pockets.

Signed my son up (and paid) for the course and he didn't complete it. Noticed a continuing payment on my credit card months afterwards. Called and was told there was an option in a small box on the third step of payment to 'opt out' of continued payments.

Make sure when signing up you opt out of the recurring 16.48 charge a month. I have been charged 3x so far and I am disputing those charges. I signed up 2 16 year old for the course and 1 of them can't get into the sight to opt out of the recurring charge.

took my payment and no course just sent me on a wild goose chase and prompted me to pay AGAIN.

TOTAL WASTE

The Website was intuitive, but it took over a month to receive the digital copy of my card by email, I had to email them to request it and a week later they replied and sent it, I never received the physical card, (BEWARE) I emailed them requesting the physical copy and I got a reply saying that since I didn't "request it" on the website I would have to pay and do the course all over again, just to get a physical card, the sneaky thing is that the website advertises that they give you the choice of digital or physical but when signing up I only had the option for digital.

Editing to add - beware of international transaction fees with your bank account! I was not expecting that especially given I was taking a NJ boater course and nowhere does it say this is not a US based company.

I cannot recommend this obnoxious class to anyone!
They claim 3-4 hours to complete. This took me closer to 7 hours as i was doing it non stop as fast as it allows. So it is physically impossible for 3-4 hours.
You can’t speed it up.
All Videos end and there is anywhere from 1 to 3 min before the timer runs out and have to wait to move forward this itself added 2+ hours of wasted time!
What a lie! Maybe 3hours worth videos plus waiting time then testing time. So 7 hours. Advertise it properly. There are other courses and maybe there more honest with the time.
All sections have an annoying usless introduction videos to the course. Just start why add this to waste time.
Then all chapters have 2 “review” sections and 1 summary. WHY IS THAT NECESSARY 3 sections to close out a single chapter? Just adding time for nothing.
The people talking repeat themselves so much i wanted to hit my head against the wall. WE GET IT. MOVE ON!! They even had to change from a male to female at section 7, His voice probably got tired of repeating himself.
This course is a joke

The boater card I received had my name spelled wrong.
Tried emailing both of their email addresses listed. Both are bounced back saying undeliverable.
Tried calling both the numbers listed on their website. Waited 18+ minutes multiple times only to have the call ended in their end.

Never received my perm card. Dont use this

My husband did not receive his certification and it's been over a year. I sent them an email and they said we should get it in the next few weeks. Still nothing. I tried to reply on the email to let them know and I was blocked!! I would like our money back.

Site stopped working, took me to some stupid interactive course, wouldn't let me take it normal DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE FAST PASS ITS A SCAM!!!!

I tried completing the boating education course but once i got to the final video, it would not let me move on to the chapter 9 quiz or the final exam. On the page, the time or next button doesn't show at all. I spent 5 hours straight trying to finish it to end up not getting my certificate or my refund, waist of time and money.

Never received my permanent card. Email address for help comes back undeliverable. PA Fish and Boat says call the examiner. No one answers. I just want the card I should get for paying and passing the course.

I took my boaters license in June 2023, passed the test but still have not received my boating license and thr summer is almost over.

Ive paid for this course three times now they keep glitching me out and telling me my time has expired to complete the course, pay again
