This is a very well organized company with lots of support staff to make your day special. The boat and captain are top level. The food was exactly what we wanted with plenty of requests for special dietary concerns met with ease. It is truly a memorable day. Will repeat the experience next time we are in Phuket

The complete crew from the captain down to the deck crew were very accommodating, kind, and put safety first.
The food was amazing!
Topping it off, having a professional masseuse on board elevated the complete experience.

We booked a private charter in the Greek islands through Boatcrowd for a group of six, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

This was my third time chartering through Boatcrowd. We did a 3-day yacht charter in Phuket and it was incredible. Took my family to Phi Phi islands and Krabi peninsula, just WOW scenery all around! We had a fabulous day on the cat and fiddle in Barbados - the boat was beautiful and the dining area really nicely laid out. The crew took us to some awesome snorkelling places and were just great fun without being intrusive . Awesome.

Wow, our yacht day on The Escape was incredible! The jet skis, tow-able float, Underwater Bobs etc. were so much fun and the crew were on top of every little request. The pictures from the brochure are 100% accurate and my guests were all very amazed at its quality. Captain Chris was so nice, the chef made amazing food, the hostess made sure we always had everything we needed. Just such a lovely group of people that clearly loved their jobs and worked well together.

My favorite thing about the Yacht (aside from the toys or being there with friends and family – which would be tied for #1) was being able to go down into a private bedroom for either a quick nap or shower – such a convenience/luxury you don’t typically get on beach days.

Fantastic personalized concierge service for chartering a yacht. I've used Boatcrowd every time I've wanted to charter and it's been incredible every time. The team are incredibly responsive and find the best options available wherever you are.

Vadim was super responsive, and was able to offer input on which boats were available, and suitable for our 24 pax charter to have lunch and a seafood bbq onboard. We ended up with a 70ft King Yacht with a great chef and menu, alongside water toys and water slide, lots of space, comfortable cushions and everyone had a blast!

We went to Krabi Hong Island which is beautiful with its lagoon, secluded beach and viewpoint. The hostesses Natty and Run, and captain San and the Siam team were great hosts, thank you for a wonderful experience. The bbq seafood, especially the squid/prawns were exceptional.

We were asked on the boat to pay the national park fee and also offered optional jet skis at one of the islands, luckily we had enough cash on hand, perhaps this can be mentioned ahead of time in future charters.

Vadim was a great help from start to finish on our boat charter from Phuket. Absolute highlight of our trip and would definitely recommend Boatcrowd and will be our go to for future charters.

I used Boatcrowd to book a yacht in Raja Ampat, Indonesia – 10 days in December 2024. It was one of the best vacations I had!

I’ve used boatcrowd for years, but most recently in the south of France. Huge effort went into finding the right boat for our party of 10, and it was one of the most amazing days ever.

i have been using boatcrowd now for 4 charter. Everything was absolutly perfect. Thank Vadim, the best broker I ever had!

This company is honestly the worst ever. I've chartered boats all over the world and this hands down was my worst experience. Jake Johnson was my charter broker and they continue to work directly with the boat company/captain vs having me talk directly. Give time difference this was a pain. My boat was canceled due to issues the day before but luckily we were able to move out 3 days after one engine was fixed. For a $3300 rental they gave us a $65 food credit for our issues. The guy made me even contact him when I arrived at the marina so he could call the boat. Ridiculous. In addition he was rude on whatsapp and continued to say things like "I already told you that". Terrible customer service all around and WILL NEVER use boatcrowd again.
