Mes chaussures de vélo ekoi sont récentes et ne sont plus garanties .Bon à la limite ,mais en plus on me demande mon avis sur Boa et quand je veut répondre et bien le quota du nombre de personnes qui peut répondre est atteint .Bravo !c'est sur que comme ça on ne peut pas avoir d'avis négatifs

The Consumer Support Representative went beyond normal operating procedures and helped make the replacement of the BOA lace system seamless. After making several unsuccessful attempts to replace the lace system myself I contacted their support group and offered to express the shoes there and back. They graciously agreed to do the repair and it really made for a great customer experience.

Boa lace had frayed on my two year old Ecco golf shoes. Took ten minutes on the Boafit website to put in the detail of which product I needed. Ten days later and my replacement kit with tools and instructions arrived. Love the Boa system but the lifetime guarantee and first class customer service makes them a no brainer for future purchases.

Can't beat the warranty.

I had some issues with one of the Boa system. The wire wouldn't come out anymore, so I sprayed a bit wd40 on it, the wire came out but the ratchet wasn't holding it anymore. Even after opening and drying it didn't help, had to tight multiple times during my ride.

I bought my shoe slightly worn, so these were 3 years old Shimano shoes. They send me a boa warranty. There were no transparent color boa only black and white so chose the white on my black shoes, I like it!

There were 2 YT videos, one from boa, but from CGN was better so in 15 to 30 minutes I had both sides working like a charm again.

I will buy again.

I like the BOA system fit, however when one of the dials broke on my cycling shoe I tried to get it warrantied. BOA was the ABSOLUTE worst company I have EVER dealt with. They refused to warranty it, claiming I needed to contact the shoe manufacturer. I offered to BUY a replacement kit on the second email, they refused to sell me one. I can't make this up. I OFFERED to BUY a kit and they REFUSED to sell me one. This went back and forth over MULTIPLE emails until the rep said, well if the BOA system was broken he "could do something". I typed The BOA system is BROKEN. I have been telling you that. I typed it 10 times (The BOA dial is BROKEN). I have never seen more incompetence and just flat out refusal to help a customer. THEY WOULDN'T even SELL me a replacement. So disgusted with them.

I have Adidas golf shoes that are in perfect condition except that the boafit steel lace is broken. I got the repair kit very quickly by mail and got going with the YouTube repair guide. I gave up after an hour and threw out my shoes. I’ll just buy shoes with traditional laces in the future.

Min ene boa-spænde på mine 5 år gamle cykelsko havde givet op. Jeg sender to billeder ind til Boafit.com og to dage senere har jeg ikke bare en, men to nye spænder leveret til hjemmet helt uden beregning. Det er suverænt den bedste kundeservice jeg har oplevet!

Mi si è rotta la rotella di uno scarpone e dopo svariate ricerche su web capito sul loro sito dove compilando un form, mandano in maniera totalmente gratuita il kit di ricambio. Sul sito descrive la procedura dove si dice che in due settimane la richiesta verrà presa in carico. Invece 3 giorni e mi sono ritrovato il corriere DHL a casa con kit nuovo di zecca. Fossero tutte così le aziende il mondo sarebbe perfetto. Complimenti davvero per il customer care. Continuate così. Bravi!!

Mine boafit snørebånd var knækkede efter 5 år på mine MTB-cykelstøvler.
Jeg fik uden spørgsmål nye blot ved at følge hjemmesidens instruktion og indsende et billede.
Ganske vist nogle forkerte første gang :-( men de rigtige kom hurtigt :-) :-)
