Fantastic service I can’t thank them enough great job guys 👍👍👍👍

Prompt and helpful, excellent follow up. However I needed urgent documentation and didn’t research the provider as well as I should have. In hindsight I probably could have got it in the same time for much lower cost.

Top class service. My certificates were dispatched within the day and couriered to my door. The customer service team are also next level. They respond to emails the same day and always happy to assist.
Thank you

Excellent service and very speedy

Such a super quick service. I needed this for a DBS check for a new job.
My request was expensive but that was only because I was missing so much information.
I had tried so many other websites to find my decree nisi but to no avail.
Would highly recommend

I applied for a copy of a
Divorce certificate in November . A simple request - paid £105 as thia was urgent and still waiting . They cite a need to apply to court but I have had no communication on any development. Obtained the same document within 24 hours from another source. Frankly, I would avoid .

So helpful
Replied asap & went above and beyond to sort any difficulties out .

Excellent prompt service from this company. Unbelievably pleasant to deal with. Would certainly recommend them

my interaction with BMD archives was very positive, with a clear ordering system, which resulted in a rapid deliver of my birth certificate

Thank you very much for the quick processing. I filled out everything online and the document arrived in Germany within 4 days. It couldn't be better.

Professional service. Papers were delivered earlier than expected and very good communication throughout.

Extremely efficient service. They found the relevant document. The whole experience was super-smooth!

Efficient service, quite expensive but worth it

They were super prompt! I had no issues and received my documents in less than the time promised. I would use them again.

Very efficient and professional.

I ordered a birth certificate and had it sent away to be certified, apostle. I needed a copy urgently and rang BMD and the staff sent one by email straight away and were very helpful , a great experience and customer service, well done.

This is a third-party website that is neither recommended nor supported by the official UK government. If you're looking to order certificates, it's worth noting that using the official Gov.uk website is up to 75% cheaper.

Not only does the Gov.uk website provide an affordable service, but it also ensures the authentication and delivery of your certificates at a significantly lower cost compared to this company. To save both money and ensure authenticity, it’s best to order directly through the official Gov.uk service. Avoid unnecessary markups and stick with the trusted source!

here are links to the Gov.uk websites supporting what I have written:

I liked the kind attention and the speed with which they responded. I requested a few changes to my initial instruction and they were very accomodating and quick to process. They gave me the refunds that were due as a result of the changes, all with great efficiency. They were informative, kept me up to date with the timings. Thank you for your help.
