Blush and Bar Arvostelua 

Oh my where to begin....I ordered jewelry of this website and the problems started there. For one it states that it’s super saver 2 day shipping but it’s coming from China! It took over a month to receive and then my order came split up and arrived weeks apart. I was told by their customer service the order couldn’t be canceled (even though it wasn’t shipped out yet)
The customer service REFUSED to refund me and instead offered to send out replacement jewelry? They would not give me my money back even with some pieces missing from my order. They lied to me on different occasions and the jewelry itself is pooooor quality. I ordered gold rings and almost all of them have gone silver within a few times wearing them. It is a scam! Do not use this site.
UPDATE: To the reply below this still won’t give me a refund after emailing the address provided. Just do yourself a favor and don’t shop here.

I ordered 3 rings. The rings were split into separate shipments. I received the first two (that were not exactly quality rings) and the third never arrived. The tracking information never made it beyond “pre-shipment.” I notified customer service and they said they would be sending a replacement. I received tracking information for this ring. It has been over two weeks and that tracking information has also never updated from “pre-shipment.” I have requested a refund for this ring and am now conveniently not receiving responses about that request. This order was placed over 2 months ago.

I ordered three rings for $99 on sale. The rings arrived promptly and looked much more expensive. I am a size 4.5 and the 5s fit on either my ring or pointer fingers. I’ve worn each and they hold up well even I am washing my hands many times a day. Next time I’d like to get more rings I will look here.

I am so glad I found this company! I’ve ordered 3,4 things from them, and even though one didn’t work out, their customer service is above and beyond! I have stopped buying good jewelry elsewhere, and will always check their website for new arrivals. P.S. the products are stunning.

Blush & Bar is such an affordable company that makes beautiful jewelry. But what makes me recommend them to people is their astounding customer service! I had a minor problem with my order and they responded back both quickly and efficiently- no questions asked. They went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue and this is why I have recommended and will continue to recommend them!

My wedding set got too big so I’m always looking for rings I can wear in place of them. I ordered two stackable and one stack of 3 for $99 and I wear them ALL THE TIME. I love how I can add my dad’s wedding band to the stack and still have sparkle. The stones look clear and brilliant and there has been no sort of tarnish. Shipping was quick, too.

I ordered some rings as possible wedding rings and am happy to say that I will be wearing them. They are elegant and affordable and I have no fault with the product. The only drawback with this company is they send out a lot of marketing emails.

Their customer service is amazing! One of the pieces I purchased was too small and they sent me an RMA immediately and sent the correct item out before I even returned the incorrect sized item! Their jewelry is so dainty and beautiful, and looks extremely expensive.

I am already planning what my fifth purchase is going to be from this company! And lifetime warranty? That should tell you a lot about their product, mission and it's quality. A+++

You Just Never Know?

In today's experience on social media, we are constantly bombarded by advertisements for EVERYTHING.
Worse yet, click on a site once and you will hear from them constantly.

When I first saw Blush & Bar, they caught my eye with their delicate jewelry promotions but I've been fooled before by companies who's jewelry look good only to order and have it arrived being huge and fake looking. Even offering three rings at $99 seemed like a good deal but I thought what if I get these three rings and hate them I'm out $100. O found myself constantly returning to their site and finally, the pictures looked too good to pass up and so I took a gulp and ordered.

Not only was I surprised and delighted but realizing that the rings were a bit too big I approached the company and received instant service andn quick turnaround on gettinge the proper size. At one point one of the tiny cubic z stones fell out of my ring.

They asked for a picture, I sent it and that afternoon told me a free replacement had gone out that day.

A lot of times you think you're dealing with a company overseas and it's going to be very difficult for good customer service. This is not the case with Blush and Bar. They really want to know that you're happy and will bend over backwards to make that so. I've turned on at least 10 friends to them and they have all been very happy. If you see something you like on the site go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful jewelry and fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong size of rings and there was no problem at all in returning them for the correct size. I love the rings and have received many complements on them. I don't usually find rings I like because I like small, dainty rings. Blush & Bar had a wonderful assortment of just the kind I like.

I ordered the stacking rings, the only problem I had was choosing from all of the possibilities. I highly recommend this company. Great service, high quality and fantastic price. I will be ordering again!

Their shipment seems bad. I put in a order for 3 ring on 26th of March. I received a shipment notice after 2 days. when I track the shipment the last update that it shows for is 30th march, saying processing for shipping. Since then there has been no updates.Its been 15days.
The excitement with which I bought these rings is all gone. When tried reaching, they send out an generic email. what is the point of even having one. Pretty disappointing.

I came across Blush and Bar on Instagram as I'm sure many of your did as well. I saw their website where they claim they handcraft their jewelry. I ordered one ring and it came with a surprise gift. It took 3 weeks to get to me from CHINA. I wore my ring only twice and then noticed that seven of the stones had fallen out. That's when I looked online for similar rings and saw that I had been scammed. I found a ring almost identical to the one I got from Blush and Bar for a quarter of the price! Same materials and almost exact same design and because I found it on Amazon it had 2 day shipping. I emailed customer service letting them know about the stones and that I wanted to return it and get a full refund. They asked for pictures of the missing stones and after I sent them those they informed me that a new ring would be shipped to me in a few days. I immediately emailed them back telling them once again I wanted information on how to return and get a full refund and they simply responded with a return address and that's it. No other information.
I should have done more research before wasting my money. They seem to delete any bad reviews they get anywhere. I dont trust companies that have absolutely no bad reviews. Nobody is perfect, so that just means they delete them all.

Loved my rings and received excellent after-purchase customer service from May, who sent me a replacement ring for a faulty one I received (one of the three rings I ordered came tarnished) not once or even twice, but THRICE. She even allowed me to change my choice of design after first two replacements were unsatisfactory. I eventually picked the Sasha Sparkle ring and it came in perfect condition the third time. Am wearing it now as I type this and love it soooo much. Thank you Blush & Bar!
