These people are simple scammers, nothing else and also prepared to be physically intimidating when ensuring you either “take our tolls package and insurances or you ‘can go’. Language of Tony Soprano’s guys. First I waited for exactly an hour for the shuttle at Miami- nothing. I don’t believe it exists. Only an automated phone line so impossible to enquire where it is. I had to take an Uber to the office, no one around. Waited for 20 mins then two guys got out of a sedan and said “Blue?” Yes, I’m inside now. Licence retail etc. The guys said they’ll be $160. I said I have my own insurance and happ to share the detail (CDW was already included). Then he gets nasty. I wasn’t going to accept being intimated so I stepped back to him. The guys looking to square-up. Insane. I told him he was a joke and just because he’s in some back room of a care garage he can’t intimate me. I just left. Unreal, very close to calling the police but I was on vacation so what’s the point. Found a good deal, he didn’t like it that I only w aged what I’d paid for. They exist only to sell insurance when the conditions clearly state that they are optional (happy to share).

Escribo esta reseña para advertir a quien se este pensando alquilar un coche con estos estafadores. En primer lugar me querían cobrar un seguro de 290€ que no aparecía en mi voucher, era según ellos obligatorio en USA. Ante mi negativa, y mi insistencia y llamadas al proveedor del servicio finalmente optaron a alquilarme el coche (misteriosamente ya no era necesario) pero el problema vino a hacer el depósito de 2500$. Mi tarjeta de crédito no tenía ningún problema, lo pudimos validar después, estos sinvergüenzas debieron simular que mi tarjeta no era válida para finalmente no alquilarme el coche y nos quedamos tirados a las 12 de la noche en un aeropuerto con una niña pequeña, amargandonos las vacaciones.Tuvimos que alquilar un coche en otra compañía, a precio actual pero donde no tuvimos problemas con la tarjeta ni con cargos ocultos. Tengan cuidado con esta gente no son trigo limpio

Ce sont des voleurs et je me demande comment ils peuvent encore exercer. Ma fille a loué une voiture chez Blue Auto Trading en octobre 2025. Ils lui ont débité une caution de 2500 USD. A ce jour et malgré moulées relances et plaintes, ils n'ont toujours pas rendu cette caution et ne répondent plus à nos relances.Surtout lisez bien tous les avis et ne louez pas de véhicule auprès de cette Compagne escroc.

Don't rent from this Company. They are a total SCAM. If you don't Choose there extra insurance they don't let you go. I was suppose to pay 250 but they didn't let me go without paying 1600. This cheep companies always push you to take a lot of extras but you never need to. But this guy's told me that it's not possible to drive away because they don't have insurance on there cars. Wich is bullshit. I gave up I went to Sixt to rent a car the day after. Watch out.

Blue provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was professional, fast, and transparent. Highly recommended

Ho noleggiato un'auto per 10 giorni nella loro sede vicino l'aeroporto di Miami in data 19 novembre 2025, mi hanno addebitato invece di bloccare, la cifra di 2500 dollari di cauzione. Ad oggi 05 Gennaio 2026 ancora non mi è stata stornata, ho chiamato la mia banca e mi hanno detto che non è stato fatta una preautorizzazione ma un addebito.
Loro non mi rispondono più.
Aspetterò un'altra settimana e poi farò denuncia alle autorità competenti e consegnerò tutto alla mia banca per essere risarcito da questa truffa.

If I could give no stars, I would. It's been over 40 days and I still have not received my 2500$ deposit back . tomorrow I am going to my lawyer. Run like hell , do not use this service.better off walking.

Avoid Blue Auto Trading at all costs.
I booked my rental through VIP CARS, but Blue Auto Trading completely failed to respect the voucher and the conditions of my reservation. They refused the protections that were clearly included in my booking and forced me to purchase additional insurance that was never part of the contract. When you show them the voucher, they simply ignore it and repeat the same scripted excuses.

Pick-up took place off-airport, late in the evening, with no alternative offered. They refused to release the car unless I accepted extra charges that more than doubled the final amount that had been confirmed in writing.

Like many other customers here, my experience follows exactly the same pattern:
• false and misleading information,
• forced add-ons,
• abusive deposit practices,
• no customer service and zero accountability.

This company is completely untrustworthy.
I will never use them again and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

And to make matters worse, VIP CARS also failed to take responsibility for any part of this issue.

They are total scammers they want to force you to get their insurance even if you already have one and cleary show them and once they see you have it and cannot force you to get it they want you to pay a deposit of 2500 hundred which is not just a hold on your card but an actual debit and then won't give it back to you whole sacam I should have read the comment before go there he call the agency through which I made my booking saying I was late he mlade me wait at the air port for hours he is the only one at the desk and the same offering shuttle with AI voice assistant just scammer with AMEX logo on the doors but once inside he will tell you they don't accept AMEX it ih his neighboor

I rented a car here in an emergency situation. They told me they had one left. The car smelt like cigarettes and cigarettes burns in the seats. The outside also had visual damage. I rented it for $365. And an additional $300 deposit. 2 mos later no deposit back. You can't talk to a human on the phone. They will text you but then stop responding. They are total scammers.

SCAMMERS!!! we rented a car 3 months ago. They charged USD 2,500 from the credit card. So far, there has been no refund, even though when returning the car we received information that everything was fine. They do not respond to messages and there is no contact with them. I feel robbed

I booked a car on travelsupermarket in in England as I regularly do and payed for extra damage waiver insurance as its a lot cheaper than paying on collection of the car, then they hit me with a $2500 deposit, imagine that when that's probably your holiday spending money,all because they couldn't make money off me selling their over inflated insurance, on top of that their cars are high mileage old cars. Stick to the big renters, avis thrifty sixt enterprise who charge $200 dollars deposit. Crooks

Avoid this company at all costs! My baggage was delayed 2 hours at LAX airport. As a result of this I missed my pick up time and the company cancelled the car. I had emailed and tried to call in advance to explain. They didn’t reply.

When I arrived they said the only alternative was to get another which was 4x the cost. The man at the desk in a Real Madrid shirt couldn’t hide the smile off his face. Embarrassment of a company who show absolutely no sympathy towards situations that are out of your hands

You guys are scams!! Your company is not working I won’t recommend, You guys still blackmailing does people that’s trying to help others not to fall for you guys scam! Pls don’t use MyChargeBack is not working at all, I also this on signal trustpilot.21 is also like them which is not, signal @ trustpilot.21 is real and legitimate as does people said, I have use their service past 1y. 
Highly recommended, get in touch with them if you have any issues don’t fall for MyChargeBank scam! They won’t do anything and still collect your like savings.
