Bought tickets online for Mosteiro dos Jeronimos: never got the mail with the tickets, had to buy new ones at the mosteiro. Sent an email immediately: no refund as they pretend I used their tickets on the spot which isn't true. That's complete theft! They refuse to refund.

Absolute thieves
Absolute thieves. I booked tickets for Quinta da Regaleira without realizing my travel companion had already booked tickets for an earlier time slot. I contacted the company within the hour, which was several hours before the ticket entrance time, to request a cancellation and refund but was denied the basic courtesy. This is outright theft. This company engages in fraudulent business practices and should be avoided at all costs.
Wrong ticket date issued
I am a solo budget traveller and booked only two tickets for sights in Sintra.
Due to an error in the blue ticket system, my ticket was issued for the day before , not the daye I requested. I did not realize this until I arrived at the site and the ticket had expired. I needed to pay twice to see a sight, and then not the complete sight due to sold out tickets. I emailed to get a refund due to this company error and was told MEO never gives refunds. Disappointing customer service in every way. Do not use them.
No devuelven totalidad de la entrada
Compre entradas para Quinta da Regaleira para el 19 de agosto, pero las autoridades portuguesas cerraron por riesgo de incendio. Y no devuelven el precio total de las entradas a pesar de que la cancelación es ajena a los clientes y por causas de fuerza mayor. No.es la cantidad es la sensacion de que te están robando.
Scam
I bought a ticket for Quinta da regaleira, but the site was closed on the day I was supposed to visit. They only made us aware after the time of the reservation and did not give a full refund. It is borderline a scam.
Wouldn’t recommend this network
Wouldn’t recommend this network. I bought tickets for a sightseeing spot — they told me it was open, but just 30 minutes later it closed. They refunded the ticket price, but still deducted €1.20 for the “blue ticket service.” So in the end, I paid for their mistake. Very disappointing experience.
THEFT…
This company should be called THEFT CORPORATION! We booked tickets with to visit Initiation Well - THE QUINTA DA REGALEIRA on August 18th 2025 but due to the hot weather and the risk of fire, all entries were affected and we were informed by email! All other companies we booked tickets with them informed us and managed an automatic refund without us asking apart from MEO BLUETICKETS! They asked us to contact them and we they refunded us, they did not refund all the money because they kept their commission! When we told them why and how come, they justified it by using the excuse of shipping and staff provided which all of it was done automatically and no shipping was made or staff was involved in the process to deal with us! Crooks at their best!
Use “ tiqets “instead, best service you can find around, quickly and honest! And they will deal with cancellation or issues automatically!
Bad experience !

Evitem Blueticket a todo o custo. Comprei bilhetes para a Quinta da Regaleira, o evento foi cancelado e recusaram devolver o valor total, ficando com “comissões” por um serviço que nunca foi prestado. Esta prática viola a lei (Diretiva Europeia 2011/83/UE e DL 24/2014). Mesmo que depois devolvam o dinheiro por pressão ou reclamação, o problema é a política ilegal que mantêm e que prejudica todos os clientes. Se algo correr mal, prepare-se para perder tempo, paciência e possivelmente dinheiro.

Avoid Blueticket at all costs. I bought tickets for Quinta da Regaleira, the event was cancelled, and they refused to refund the full amount, keeping “fees” for a service never delivered. This practice violates the law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese DL 24/2014). Even if they later pay back under pressure or complaint, the real issue is their unlawful policy that harms all customers. If anything goes wrong, expect to lose time, patience, and possibly money.

Be carefull when booking…the website can close after payment and if you restart you will pay again while the 1st payment has worked…mail can arrive in your spam…I paid twice and they refused to reimburse…very surprised and disappointed…
Do not trust them
We recieved 5 electronic Tickets from them for entry into Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra. 2 of them did not work and the checking agent said that it's been used previously. They very subtly attach a disclaimer to the ticket that says MEO Blueticket will not be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from the duplication of the ticket, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to holders of duplicated tickets.
So two of us after standing in a 30 minute line to enter were denied entry.. We had to send the rest of the family on and sit out. These people are seasoned crooks... Do not use them ever.

what an absolute joke of a platform
what an absolute joke of a platform. we have been trying to by tickets for the bad bunny show in Lisbon and the webpage just referred, and referred, and referred countless times to error pages and then you would loose you place in the line to buy. and straight back to the beginning. This, for two whole straight days. Countless hours for nothing. An absolute waste of time. Without letting people know if the physical shops or partners would have tickets to sell. Guess what? Couldn't manage the traffic over the webpage and all went to absolute garbage, to not use a more fitting expression to it. Just do better. You guys make enough money as a MEO branch to provide at least a DECENT service. Not a good one, a decent one. I truly hope, that artists start to make better decisions and not do business with platforms that don't care the minimum for fans and clients.
Experiência muito negativa – sem bilhetes, sem resposta
Adquiri 3 bilhetes para o concerto do Bad Bunny em Lisboa através do site da Blueticket. Após a confirmação do pagamento, não recebi qualquer e-mail com os bilhetes ou sequer um número de encomenda.
Entrei em contacto através do e-mail oficial e enviei o comprovativo de pagamento, mas até agora não recebi qualquer resposta.
Tentei ligar para os números de apoio ao cliente fornecidos, mas ninguém atende. No site, para tentar resolver o problema, sou colocado numa fila como se estivesse a comprar novos bilhetes, o que não faz sentido.
Também tentei usar a app oficial, mas assim que faço login, a tela fica totalmente branca, com exceção de um ícone para contactar o apoio ao cliente – o número indicado lá nem sequer existe.
É inaceitável que um serviço de bilhética tão importante funcione com tamanha falta de apoio ao consumidor. Estou extremamente dececionado(a) com a experiência.
3 horas na fila para não conseguir comprar os bilhetes.
Depois de 3 horas à espera para comprar bilhetes para o Bad Bunny, imaginem a minha surpresa quando é necessário ter conta criada. Tudo ok, até chegar ao ponto que o registo simplesmente não funciona, visto que nenhum email para confirmar o endereço é enviado, o mesmo acontece para o telemovel. É impressionante como é que o site é tão mal desenvolvido e acima de tudo tão mal hospedado, sabem muito bem do trafego que têm em dias destes, logo só deviam aumentar os recursos para garantir que tudo funciona como esperado. Muito fracos e muito a aprender, mas sinceramente vindo da empresa que vem, do que podiamos estar à espera.

Comprei 8 bilhetes para o concerto do Bad Bunny e ainda não recebi a confirmação. Para não falar do quão complicado foi conseguir comprar, ainda ter de lidar com isto após a compra.

completely outdated system that breaks under pressure
completely outdated system. the queueing system is terrible, (i.e. you get a new ID every time you refresh the page) and even if you get to the ticket sale page, chances are the server is overloaded and returning 500 errors. if you need to do some changes to your account, forget it, the PIN code they send you via email or SMS will arrive hours later. It's almost as if it has not been maintained for a decade and that they don't scale up or stress test the system when anticipating a high traffic event.
