I had a choice of these vs Sonos and man do I regret buying 3 of these black sticky boxes of failure. They constantly disconnect from the Wireless and the UI is awful.
Mine are confined to the garden under the gazebo roof where I hope they get damaged so I can go and buy some new better Sonos ones.

I bought these to support the under dog - well I got bitten hard!

Les service à la clientèle est pitoyable. Un mois pour répondre à une question et la réponse ne correspond même pas à la question, comme si ça avait été traduit dans Google translate. Une compagnie Canadienne doit répondre dans les 2 langues. Les compagnies quécoise le font en Anglais, c'est réciproque. Achat à proscrire car le service à la clientèle fait partie du produit. Imagine le respect de la garanti ! Avez-vous lu les autres reviews, c'est une catastrophe !

Es stimmt nicht die eingestellte Uhrzeit im Wecker.

Woher holt der NODE seine Uhrzeit?

Werden Sommerzeit und Winterzeit berücksichtigt ?

Wie kann man das beeinflussen damit der Wecker wieder zur korrekten Zeit spielt?

Frequently disconnecting from network, paired speakers disconnect and re-connect just to play music that’s delayed to each other - sounds like smoking weed! This is bs and it’s not improving at all. Never buy this!! It’s erasing your final nerves. Customer support? D‘Ooh!! Nothing but silence. Beware! The app is completely useless!! I’m trying to sell this already but customers ain’t dumb themselves. Them clever, don’t buy this rubbish either. Chainsaw it!!

No other device in my home has any problems at all.

Years ago I had a Node 2i and was happy. So happy that, with the launch of Node X, I added the new product to my second system so they could integrate. It worked for a few days and then the app could only find one unit. I had to unplug, uninstall, reboot, etc to get things working but the solution only ever lasts a few weeks, then loses one or both players and I have to start again. Regarding customer service, I once had an issue with a health insurance bill and they were awful to deal with...but they eventually solved the problem. Bluesound emails to say they'll get back to me but never does. I call (during business hours) and the recording says they're closed. Last straw, my Tidal app is now having issues playing hi-rez (which might be the fault of Tidal) but the work around is to use the Tidal Connect app (which opens from the BluOS app). I did and it worked for about 2 days and now, no matter what I do, it can't find the players. Gone. Until this company is bought out by someone else and returned to a functional status you should not consider Bluesound as an option. Products are unreliable and I assume customer service is just a bot with an autoreply.

This product is ruined by a poorly designed app used to select and control music on the hard drive player. When I go to my library to select a CD I want to play (which is how I use the system 99% of the time) I can only see 3 album covers on my tablet at a time. What use is that when I have scores of albums I want to browse? I want to see a page of at least 20 album covers and scroll through them so I can quickly see my whole collection. Weirdly, one third of the screen is taken up with some bizarre queue of songs that I don't want or need and can't delete. I'm pretty sure who ever designed this has never actually used it because it is simply awful. It is incredibly frustrating trying to use this app and so I cannot recommend this product in its current form.

En rigtig dårlig app der er blevet endnu dårligere med den seneste opdatering. Komplet uduelig og uoverskuelig - et ringe produkt. uden for logik at tilføre et nummer fra Tidal til favoritliste. Har sat min Node til salg.

De apparatuur van Bluesound klinkt prachtig als het werkt. Maar om het zo te krijgen en te houden kan een grote uitdaging zijn. Kijk maar:
- Geen enkel product heeft een normale gebruiksaanwijzing, niet op papier noch online. Hierdoor ben je onnodig lang aan het uitvinden hoe alles werkt.
- Als één onderdeel in de setup niet goed werkt of als je één stap niet goed uitvoert, functioneert het hele systeem niet. En het zijn veel stappen en allerlei details waar je rekening mee moet houden.
- Letterlijk alles moet je zelf uitzoeken op een support forum met een hoog Reddit gehalte. Vaak vind je hier niet wat je zoekt. Of je ontdekt het dagen later per ongeluk.
Als een helpdesk medewerker je schrijft, krijg je alleen standaard antwoorden met verwijzingen naar paginas die je al lang bekeken hebt.

In de eerste 2 dagen dat ik dit systeem gebruik, heb ik een paar uur muziek kunnen luisteren. De rest van de tijd vooral bezig geweest om het systeem werkend te krijgen. Nu, na 3 dagen proberen, werkt het meestal wel en soms niet. Mijn conclusie: Ga je voor de beste hardware, neem dan Bluesound. Ga je voor probleemloos, neem Sonos.

This company has just ruined what was a great product with a software update. Beware of buying their devices now. Particularly if you see a review saying how great the music player app is. It used to be, but now it's just as awful as most of the others out there. Sadly I am going to have to consider Sonos again. This is a shame because Sonos doesn't support their hardware for very long.

Since the v 4 update, the play queue seems to be broken or the functionality has been removed. I was about to sell my Sonos system and upgrade with a few Blusound devices but since the update, I am considering just ditching my Node 2i. The best thing about it used to be the play queue which used to remember everything you had played going back months and you could create playlists with it. Now the play queue just gets obliterated each time you select a song or album. TRULY AWFUL and wastes an inordinate amount of time having to rebuild play queues. Also, the fact there is no history or that history gets wiped out so easily is hideous. I hate my Bluesound now.

Never buy this. I hate myself for giving them

I bought a Node and a Node X in May 2023, directly from Bluesound. Bugs in the Node X with the Subwoofer Out software so I didn’t even open the Node. I sent both units back under the 30-day money-back guarantee. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my refund. I have proof that the Returns were delivered to them. Not impressed at all.

Update 4th July 2023.
I loathe this company. Today I received an email from Bluesound saying they have refunded me except £40. I wrote to them and asked why. They said it was because I did not tell them why I was returning the Node X. I did tell them in May, before they authorised the Return on 7th June 2023.
I have had to write back and forth to them today, pointing out the date of my email and sending them copies. This evening they apologised and have said they will refund me the £40. What a hassle.

I had to remind and chase up Bluesound several times to refund me.

I cannot recommend this company. Their replies take ages and they tried to con me out of £40. Ludicrous.

Har en NAD C700 der spiller perfekt, men akakak 😢 hvor er Bluesound virket på app`en dårlig. Utroligt de kan leve med det, og HiFi Klubben bliver ved med at sælge det.
Jeg har Bluesound app`en på både Ipad, Iphone og Android, og det er lige dårligt på begge.
Det er dybt beklagelig, for prisen fejler jo ikke noget.
Find et andet produkt - det har jeg gjort.
NB: og det er ikke netværket der fejler noget.

Jeg har lige købt en node130 og jeg er rigtig godt tilfreds. Har ikke haft nogen problemer endnu, så det håber jeg ikke jeg får. App fungerer rigtig godt på både iPad og iPhone samtidig. Sidder lige og hører musik i mqa kvalitet, og er rigtig godt tilfreds.

Jeg kan IKKE anbefaler bluesound. Det har en god lyd når det virker. Men det mister alt for ofte forbindelse til wifi. Altså ca hver 30. Sekund. Jeg har nu slukket for det hele og opgivet at få det til at virke.

Getting this online and working, over time, is hopeless. Unstable crap full of bugs. Soon the soundbar, flex, sub and powernode will go straight to the trash. Selling this stuff will just give me a headache.
HiFi klubben should be ashamed for selling it.

Jeg havde første købt en Denon i HiFi Klubben med beskeden, den skal bruges primært til at afspille USB.
Det kunne den så ikke, efter 2 ture på værkstedet, opgav de at få den til at afspille USB.

Den blev så krediteret, og de "praggede mig en Bluesound på.

Fjernbetjening spm er tilkøb kan skifte numre og skrue op/ned for lyden, det er det!!!!

Appen som skal bruges til at betjene forstærkeren er KOMPLET umulig at finde rundt i.

Når man så søger på nettet for bla. hvordan opretter jeg en Playliste, er der en guide, der pkt 1. pkt 2 pkt 3..., men de ikoner menuer der henvises til er der bare ikke.

Jeg har prøvet om det er en forkert app jeg bruger men der er kun den ene app.

Kontakter HiFi Klubben i morgen og hører om handlen kan annuleres, det er da i det mindste under en uge jeg har prøvet på at oprette en playliste,

Spillede via app og Roon (TIDAL) men spillede ikke længere da jeg forsøgte at sætte et nummer på via Spotify - som i slet ikke. Utallige resets og alt ser ud til at spille og virke i diverse apps men ingen lyd. Jeg har haft samme problem en gang før, men der fik jeg pludseligt lyd igen via appen (BluOs) og Roon. Nu er der bare intet. Dårligt, ustabilt produkt - jeg er meget skuffet efter 3 måneder.

Gå LAAAANGT uden om Bluesound, det er fedt når det virker, det gør det bare utrolig sjældent. Jeg har 6 enheder af Bluesound, og de forsvinder KONSTANT fra appen, løsning - sluk og genstart alle enheder, så kommer de måske tilbage - har jeg været i sommerhuset er det helt sikkert at det ikke virker når jeg kommer hjem igen, nu har det stået på meget længe og Bluesound ELLER HiFi klubben har ingen intentioner om at gøre noget ved det, eller informere kunder om de åbenlyse problemer der er med appen. God lyd, men hysterisk ringe app!
