Blue Puffin Stays Arvostelua 

My partner & I stayed here with our 2 month old baby. Unfortunately we had to move out of our house for 2 weeks, following a bad leak. The hosts were very helpful, always available to answer any of our questions as we had to extend our stay a few times. The place itself was clean & tidy and very homely.

Great stay at Tides Cottage, couple of little niggles which were sorted by the team straight away.
Cottage is beautifully decorated and really homely and clean - plenty of room for 4 adults 2 children and a dog.
Only gripe being the parking! but that is what it is.

Another lovely stay at Oxford Terrace. Always so comfortable - and ideally located for central Southampton. We will be back! Thanks you 😊

Tide cottage was nicely renovated- with all mod cons and a luxurious shower in the downstairs bathroom.
Excellent location-Very close to all the shops, restaurants etc in Palmerston road and 10 mins from the seafront. Kate and her team were very prompt to respond to any queries we had & always very pleasant to deal with. Sorted out all our parking permits for us- before we even got there.
Happily use them again to guarantee a stress free stay.

Great location, beach and Waitrose. Cabs reasonably priced for further exploring. Comfy beds and everything we needed for a weekend break.

Fabulous apartment. Fully furnished with everything you could possible wish for. Great that coffee and milk supplied.
Excellent quality linen.

I have stayed in many apartments with many different companies and Blue Puffin for me are the best by far.

Firstly the property was to a very high standard in every way, from the furnishings to crockery. Beautifully presented and very clean. Unlike other proprieties there wasn't a time when I thought if only they had this or that.

Most importantly as others have said the customer care were second to none. When I did have a query the response was immediate and very helpful and it was very clear that they would help in any way. I would highly recommend Blue Puffin and I look forward to staying with them again.

House is absolutely stunning, we stayed here as a group of three workmen , cooking facilities were perfect everything we needed , house is spotlessly clean , showers are powerful (just what you need after a long day) , we have stayed in 100s of properties and this is by far the best !!! Highly Recommend

Property was done out to a high standard. Blue Puffin responded immediately with any queries. We had a problem with ome of the TV's on our first stay and they were at the property within 20ims and fixed the problem. We stayed severall weeks ain Portsmouth amd their properties and customer care were 2nd to none. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly reccomend Blue Puffin.

Flat was beautifully decorated. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped (coffee machine, food storage bags, foil!). Host had thought of everything. Secure, private parking. A wonderful stay. Would def book again.

The cottage was absolutely spotless when we arrived, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

The beds were very comfortable and each room even had a big fan which was great during this hot weather!

What made our experience great was how helpful, reachable and lovely the owners are. Besides, the property is very well located in Portsmouth, with facilities around (bus and train stops, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc) and parks to enjoy with the kids.

As described, good location, plenty of bed space

First time to Gloucester and we were looking for a place with parking snd within walking distance of the major attractions and with this 4 bedroom unit we found it. Less than a mile from the docks and the cathedral and with grocery stores nearby it was perfect. We found the unit in like new condition with all the things we needed for a nine day stay.
The communication with the Blue Puffin staff was always timely and helpful. We highly reccomend.

Lovely property in Southsea, Portsmouth. Near the beach plus lots of nice pubs, restaurants and cafe's. Extremely handy for visiting family at Portsmouth naval base. The property was very clean and easy to access. The parking is on the street and I had to drive round a few times to find a space but that may have been because we didn't get there until @9pm so if you arrive earlier it will probably be fine. The property owners were very responsive in the lead up to our stay and answered our queries promptly. Would recommend.

The apartment was extremely clean and has been renovated to an impressive standard. All items required for a comfortable stay were present including necessities that you would not think about until you need them!
Highly recommend to any visitors to Cheltenham.

We had a great time in the apartment, easy to parking, the apartment was very clean. it’s a safety and quiet place.
