Scam website!! Do not use them. The hotel never received the money. When you call them, they pretend being not responsible for payment and send you back to another number based in the uk but located in India. The uk number is then telling you to contact the Italian number and vice versa. Classic scam stuff. But the worst is that they sell your card number to other website, I got fraudulent charges for my 1000 euros.

Bluepillow is a price comparison site, we show the offers that are passed to us by our partners, most of the time the booking takes place on the site of the partner who passes us the offer.
I checked in our database and with your name and surname I can't find any bookings, if you want to give me your email I'll try to check if I can help you understand how your booking took place.
Probably the booking was made directly on the OTA website that showed you the most convenient price. Bluepillow simply showed you the most convenient rate to choose.

When it says free cancelation, it's actually NOT FREE.
I booked an accomodation in Australia through Blue Pillow with a condition of free cancelation.
I did cancelation within described time, but the bank transaction record displayed deduction from original payment.
When I reached the contact info from the website, they told me to make international calls to resolve the issue which won't be free.
I WILL NOT EVER use this site again and post this for others not to experience the same.

I've sent emails to the contact point of the homepage with all the details, and they know exactly what happened. They just asking me make an international call which is not free.
It's them who took my money for no reason and they want to take more of my time and money to resolve the issue.
For me, it just looks like a scam to make consumers get tired of dealing with their problem and go away which is very negative business practice.

Bonjour,
J'ai réservé un hôtel à travers Bluepillow et la réservation est confirmée. Je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation ni un numéro de réservation. Une fois à l'hôtel, Ils me disent qu'il n'y a aucune réservation pour mon compte. Alors que Bluepillow ont pris l'argent sur mon compte sur place une fois la réservation est confirmée sur leur site.
Je me demande de me rembourser sur cette réservation qui n'existe que sur le site de Bluepillow.
J'ai eu assez s'ennuies avec cet imprévu !!!

We checked in our database with your name and surname but I do not see any requests: if the booking had been successful you would have certainly received a confirmation email.
If you had written to our assistance email I could have searched for your case with your email and it would have been easier and I would have helped you immediately, but via email I saw that you never contacted us.
Your case seems to me to be a case of an incomplete or unsuccessful booking. The transaction on your card was only a pre-authorization of the system, but the booking was not completed.
I would like to inform you that the money is only frozen and unblocked within a maximum of 24/48 hours by our bank on your card, then the display times of the re-credit depend on the agreements you have made with your reference bank.
If you need help, do not hesitate to contact us.

Forniamo visibilità tramite il pagamento di un abbonamento che può essere semestrale o annuale. La struttura viene visualizzata nella località in cui si trova l'alloggio ed esce ai primi posti nella destinazione originaria della struttura.
L'utente se interessato all'alloggio clicca sull'offerta e invia dal nostro sito richieste un form di contatto.
Mi dispiace che la sua esperienza sia stata negativa. Solitamente nel corso del tempo di durata dell'abbonamento capita di confrontarci con i nostri host sulle varie esperienze che hanno, sarebbe stato bello farlo anche con Lei.
