Eine Oase am Lebih Beach.
Das Hotel ist eine versteckte Oase direkt am Indischen Ozean gelegen. Das grosszügig im Neo-Kolonialstil gestaltete Haus versprüht in jedem Bereiche eine pitoreske Grand Hotel Atmosphäre wie sie es noch nie gesehen haben. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby weiß man, wie ein klassisches Hotel aussehen sollte. Die geschwungene, breite Treppe ist ein wahrer Augenschmaus, ebenso wie der Blick über den fantastischen Pool und die weite Parkanlage über das Meer bis hin nach Nusa Penida, einfach nur fantastisch.
Die geräumige Lobby erinnert daran, wie es wäre, eine prächtige Villa mit Personal zu besitzen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit sehr hohen Decken und sehr bequemen Betten. Auch das offene Badezimmer ist sehr sauber und großzügig gestaltet, uns hat der Zimmerzuschnitt sehr gefallen. Im Zimmer gibt es auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, welche ein Gast so gerne benötigt.
Das Personal war äußerst professionell, freundlich und vom Check-in bis zum Check-out stets hilfsbereit, der Welcome Drink ist eine aufmerksame Geste.
Das Frühstück wird à la Carte nach Wunsch des Gastes serviert, die Auswahl ist sehr umfangreich und von bester Qualität. Brot und Backwaren und Früchte werden in Büffetform angeboten.
Wir können auch das Hotel-Restaurant sehr empfehlen, zB. das Filet-Mignion vergeht wie Butter auf der Zunge, ein Kompliment in die Küche, wenn wir einen Michelin Stern vergeben könnten, hier gibt es einen!
Der Aufenthalt im Rumah Lewih Bali war ein wirklich besonderes Erlebnis und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen.
NB: wir waren von Sonntag auf den Montag dort und wir hatten das Hotel fast für uns privat, das war sehr angenehm. Am Wochenende finden gerne Hochzeitsfeiern statt.

Appalling and I am not alone .
Booked a room at the Saracens head in Southwell or so I thought .But blue pillow we’re using that hotels image to promote a 2 star hotel 200 miles away in highworth called the Saracens hotel .
Made my booking turned up at the Saracens head in Southwell and no booking and no room as they were full
The receptionist said I was the fourth person that this had happened to .
Blue pillow advert with price sits on the list with others ,you click on there link as they are the cheapest and it switches to another Saracens head hotel and the others like me not looking at the detail click on pick rooms ,then payment .
The receipt from Acodo does not have an address on and as we are all busy hence using these sites we should trust you feel you have made a secure booking in the hotel you originally searched with picture
Disgusting ,underhand marketing .
Still waiting for my money to be returned as I am being bounced from hotel ,to acodo to espedia.

However, we would like to clarify that Bluepillow is a metasearch engine that aggregates offers from third-party partners (such as Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.). We do not manage bookings directly nor control the content of individual offers.
When a user selects an offer on Bluepillow, they are redirected to the partner’s website to complete the booking. All final property details (including name, address, and conditions) are shown and confirmed on the partner’s page before payment is made.
We regret that in this case there was confusion between properties with similar names. Situations like this may occur when the data provided by partners contains inconsistencies or incorrect associations.
Regarding your refund, this is handled directly by the supplier with whom the booking was completed. We recommend continuing to liaise with the relevant partner, as they are the only party able to process the payment.

Blue Pillow is impersonating my business and has created a fake Google listing at the exact site of my legally verified business. They have hijacked our business identity through unauthorised use of photos of our physical property. They have
no legal right to represent this physical location, and their listing is a misrespresentation of our business.
I would like to remind Blue Pillow that in law, we retain ownership of the photographs they have used on their listing, and that we hold the exclusive right to reproduce or authorise their use. Any public display without our consent or proper licence constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000. If this fake Google listing is not taken down immediately we will be seeking further legal advice.

This website isn’t accurate at all!! It lists properties at the wrong locations, and with incorrect reviews. For example, I was looking up an Airbnb that I stayed at before, and blue pillow had the address completely incorrect, but worse it listed it with a very low rating overall, which surprise me because the property was really incredible and so I looked at all the reviews and it looks like it was pulling five star reviews from VRBO and translating those to five out of 10 on the blue pill site which obviously was bringing the ratings way down. If you read the actual reviews, though they were glowing reviews and you can tell that they were meant to be five stars, which is the highest you can give on VRBO and Airbnb. Also, when I went to connect with the property, the link was suggesting availability that wasn’t actually there. Avoid this site!

they did solve a contentious issue after a bit of arm wrestling
this is my edited review after a confrontation about their frivolous posting of our hospitality business in google maps and bluepillow without consultation nor consent. they did not respond to my initial request for removal via their web site contact form. When I posted a "bad" review here in my frustration, wow, they promptly replied with a bunch of unsatisfactory gibberish as if they were the victim of their own ominous google partnership policies, yada yada, but at least they did reply.. At the end of a few days, they did what was right and effected the deletion from google maps. I am thankful for that and thus edited my previously unkind trustpilot review to this one.

We would like to briefly clarify that Bluepillow is a travel metasearch engine for accommodations that automatically aggregates listings from many international booking platforms and partners. The listings shown on our website, and those that may appear associated with Google results, originate from automatic feeds provided by these partners and are not manually created by our team.
Regarding the response time, we would also like to clarify that your first message was received on February 28, and we replied on March 3, which is within our normal response timeframe given the high volume of requests we handle every day. Our reply was therefore not related to the Trustpilot review.
In any case, once we verified the report, we proceeded with the removal of the listing, as requested.
