Hello. Regarding your response, I believe it would be fair for all aspects of my case to be discussed publicly, so that future patients can better understand what they are exposed to, what risks exist, what failures can occur, and especially how your clinic chooses to address and resolve these issues.I want to mention that if I could turn back time, I would not choose your clinic again. I understand that mistakes can happen in medical practice — implants inserted incorrectly, including an implant inserted directly into the alveolar nerve, implants turned outside the bone, and zirconia work full of gaps that does not sit on the gum and is not passive. Mistakes can occur.However, what truly matters is how the clinic handles and resolves the problems created for patients.I believe you should spend more time and pay more attention to your patients. Unfortunately, people do not need "smile factories"; they need dental clinics they can trust, where they don't have to worry about risking their health.

I'm not even 6 months into getting my teeth done with blue care and i had to go back after weeks of getting them done. there was movement and pain in the crown. soon as i got home it was a problem... so went bk over this was 6 weeks in , now 5 months of having my teeth done it's been uncomfortable Jew ace uncomfortable bitting .. gaps getting worse there's been pressure when biting and if opening my mouth wide.. and now there a burning pain on my gum .. it has coursed so much stress and anxiety,, Iv spoken to a number of dentist and have said that this is poor placement of crowns and the bit being off ... yet blue care take absolutely no responsibility for this and plan my oral' hygiene when there is no way I waterfloss multiple times a day ... blue care have been rude and unhelpful,, it's absolutely gutting to spend all this money and not even 6 month in there pain pressure and a number of gaps .. I will also add that me and my friend went together and had same work done and she also is having same problems... blue care also get people to write there reviews while you are still there waiting for ur ride back to the hotel so this may be why there are quite a few good reviews they did it to my friend and I was not happy with the experience so thought I'd wait and see how it all turned out ... it's going to cost me another £4200 to get this work fixed they.. be very careful when Choosing a clinic

J'ai fait poser 12 implants avec des couronnes complètes en haut et en bas. Du début à la fin, tout s'est très bien passé. Le résultat est à la hauteur de mes attentes et je suis pleinement satisfait. Je n'ai ressenti aucune douleur et le suivi a été très professionnel.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe médicale, et tout particulièrement à mon dentiste et à ses coéquipiers, pour leur compétence, leur patience et leur excellent travail.
Je remercie également les chauffeur pour leur ponctualité et leur gentillesse, le personnel de l'accueil pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité, ainsi que ma consultante et traductrice en français, Nada, qui m'a accompagné tout au long de mon parcours avec beaucoup de bienveillance et qui a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions.

My trip to Istanbul for my dental treatment was such a good experience with this. clinic.From the beginning.
the communication with the team before to arrive and during the treatment was totally transparent and professional. They organized the airport transfers and clinic appointments, which made the whole process very smooth.
The doctor that I will recommend to my mother by the way, evaluated my teeth and explained the treatment plan in detail with some better advices than when I was at home. I had 21 zirconia crowns placed and the result looks dreamy and beautiful.
The clinic staff were kind and welcoming, during the whole process. I was so conformable
I’m so happy with my new smile and grateful for their professionalism.
