Great benefit to have works the majority of the time but occasionally you order a gift card and it denies you access to the card when you are stood at the till . Not helpful .

My account was suspended due to my error. I contacted the support team and my problem was solved promptly by Tom. His Emails were polite and very explicit. My application has now been accepted and I’m looking forward to receiving my card.

Disappointed
Used blue light card to book my loveholidays holiday as it offered 50.00 off until Dec 2026. Went through blue lights app. Stated to copy code and insert at payment page. Nowhere on site to add discount code. Very disappointed. Contacted blue lights via email. Got reply thanking me for letting them know but a different dept deals with partnership. No further contact as yet.

I’ve found that some codes don’t work
I’ve found that some codes don’t work, or some offers have clauses mentioned that exclude blue light cards.
Also, it used to cost £5 for 5 years…. It’s now for 2 years… it is helpful to have, but it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.
