Blue Light Card Arvostelua 

Blue light usually works fairly well ,but sometimes you can’t get anymore offers., as they say you possibly reached a limit .but it’s a good card ,it can be difficult when you come to renew the card and getting a new card was more difficult than I thought .but it’s very useful .

We visited Wagamama In Victoria. The blue card was so easy to use to get the 20% discount. Getting a reduction in the bill was so good, we really enjoyed our outing

Easy to use app. Very good discounts across the board. I just wish the cinema discounts were more simple to use... along with B and Q etcas topping up cards is more difficult to navigate. Overall, very happy with the app and service. Thank you

Had this card a while and it’s easy to use and great discounts, great at Christmas for discounts , just bought Ghds for my daughter and got 20% off which was a great help

Following an email I'd sent to ask to change my name to my married name as I'd been unable to gain access to the app site due to now having a different work email address.

Sakira, who has been answering my emails has been extremely helpful and has made the process so much simpler than I anticipated it to be.

I had an issue logging into my account. A Bluelight team was very helpful and resolved the issue.

I have had good support from Paulina and her colleagues when I have had queries regarding the application process, ID needed, and card.
She has replied promptly, and been very polite professional, and helpful.
All of my queries have been answered.

Never had any issues with any purchase made through Bluelight card. Never had any reason to contact customer service, website self explanatory and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately having purchased a card for B &Q we were told we could not use it as the goods we needed weren't B&Q items. We need to get a refund asap as we need to use the money to buy items asap. A bit disappointed

BLC and fees a wide range of discounts across a substantial amount of retailers. The website is very easy to use. I have saved a lot of money by using my BLC.
The customer services are very pleasant and helpful (only needed to contact them when renewing my card).

Bought Hisense fridge freezer after much research. These came out in the top section. Have always bought from Mark's Electricals. Always good, efficient, on time delivery with a friendly, very helpful delivery person. If needed, customer service good.
