It was great with TEMI who was very clear & precise. I am still NOT HAPPY .. I thought I was covered from JUNE 2025 and have an email.showing it..
bit it appears I WAS NOT COVERED up.to NOW and have been away a few times in 2025/2026 ??. I WILL have to check my banks when I get time to assess if payment was made.
Maybe a call from you to discuss issues..I have paid in full for 2026/2027

Blue Insurance Company is one I had been using for years , then my husband switched me on to his ,,, now I switched back as I find them reasonably priced, reliable and easy to work with.

Exceptionally helpful agent at the other end of the phone line.

Long wait on the phone and then they try and charge u a premium for the service

This is my second time this year dealing with you guys .I had updated my son's travel insurance in Feb/March and our own yesterday again another valuable member of your staff looked after me and again 10 out of 10 for the whole conversation of re newing our insurance keep up the great work guys as I'm a customer of yours for the past 20 +years.Thanks for everything Susan.

Their claims processing is a disaster.

I was hospitalised in Vienna and wanted to claim from them when I came home.
I had to apply to my private health insurance, which I did, while I was in hospital
They are now after telling me to send a copy of my EU11 card to the hospital in Vienna, and try and claim the rest off my health insurers.
Instead of telling me this in the beginning, they have wasted my time and energy, whilst still being very sick, requesting different documents, which I submitted to them
I have to add, I've only recently received my EU11 card.
Im cancelling my insurance policy with them, I'd never go with them again
They have to be the worst I've ever encountered

They neglected to send me a claim form for my hospitalisation in Vienna, i was informed that i had no current policy, which I had, had to send bank details and a copy of my current policy, I was asked for a medical report, which the hospital in Vienna had to email to me ,because the original report was sent by my doctor to the Mater hospital, because I was hospitalised when I came home, then they wanted details of my claim with Irish Life Insurance, after 4 months, they have now asked my to send a copy of my EU11 card to the hospital in Vienna, I only received it recently, and go back to my Health Insurance if the EU11 card doesn't cover the full charge.
In other words, the travel insurance doesn't want to pay anything, they should have informed me of this months ago, instead of wasting my time and also at a time, when I was very sick
I'd never go or recommend Blue Insurance again

Website very easy to navigate and could clearly see what cover u had selected and option to upgrade too

Very patient person on phone took time with no problems answering all questions happy to have taken out our policy with Blue
