Blue Ice Machines Ltd Arvostelua 

0* service, just want money. When installed approx 6+m ago, was told slushies would freeze within 4hrs of turning on the machines. After 8 hrs still nothing, so contacted customer service who said they’d sent out an engineer but we would have to pay for him - its a brand new machine straight out the box, surely the service should be free at this point if something’s not right??? Anyways, after 12hrs it started forming small ice flakes and the machine seemed fine by the time engineer arrived next day. HE DID NOTHING AT ALL, yet we were still fully charged!! Nowhere to complain as the person on the other end of the customer service is the same person who deals with the complaints… Fast forward approx 6 months to now, one of the plastic “pull pipes” developed a crack as someone was trying to reach it over the counter and is now dripping more and more as the crack keeps spreading with the use. I have contacted customer service, but still waiting for any form of response.

The team at Blue ice have been helpful ever since we bought our soft serve machine last year. Their customer service has continued to be the best, helping with last minute services and difficult install expectations. Would always recommend
