i never got my order and i never received any replies to chats or emails! it has been many months since i purchased and i even paid for fast delivery. i'm so pissed off. do not buy from this shop!

if you are getting the rolled up option and it gets hard to smoke, simply apply gentle pressure on the sides of the roll to loosen up the grounded flower and it will be all good

I ordered some products for a birthday gift with the impression they would come in 2-3 days via Royal Mail as per what the website states.

I wish I had read the reviews.

I've had a confirmation of order but no product and no response to any emails.

Anyone thinking of using this company I would advise to get your product elsewhere as it looks like I'm not going to get what I've purchased and no one has responded to any emails sent.

They took a ridiculous amount of time to deliver, despite paying for Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. I think it was over a month, and I emailed them twice to no avail then had to issue a chargeback with my bank. Revolut held the money as they tried communication to no avail as well, but I ended up cancelling the dispute as I received my package just as the dispute time period was about to close.
For this reason, my rating absolutely has to be knocked down. Even after receiving my product I never got an email response explaining what happened. I won’t be ordering from here again because it was very poor from their end.
The actual product itself is just ok and pathetic— burns very quickly and was squashed upon arrival. Don’t waste your money here, absolute dogwash of a company.

Ordered over 2 week ago, got a reply from first email asking why it hadn't been shipped. Was given a date that would be the latest it would arrive that date came and went. Now they are ignoring emails.

Ill change my review if i get answers or my order.
Im from Canada and ordered on the 31 of august and it still havent shipped (i can see it through the app "shop")
First, i find it weird to see that it actually not seems to be from canada as im finding out. And second, i wrote them an email to get info on my order and i didnt receive any response, ..weirder, my email came back saying it couldnt reach the recepient? I sent the email again...ill see if it goes through. But for now id recommand not to buy as I feel it might be a scam website -_- i bought on blue dream tea canada for info.

Guys I ordered from here 5 days ago and they still have not shipped my product I only just realised all the other reviews saying the same thing I hope i have not wasted £30 as I've been really looking forward to this product as it was marketed very well, I have tried emailing them and no response, on the website it states 24 hour service but I have tried contacting them every day and still no response. So Id advice you to not buy from here. Thank you

This item does not work at all don’t waste your money

I placed an order paid and nothing came. I emailed twice and no response! I may get some customer service now.

Great in a tea to help you sleep.

However I don't think this is the real blue lotus instead I believe there confused as I think a real blue lotus isn't actually purple instead a real blue lotus is white petals with blue tips at the end and a lot of people online are selling a purple thai water lily however even though it isn't the exact blue lotus it still has active properties in it but I doubt it has aporphine alkaloids in it so either way its still worth it if you want something similar to the real blue lotus it is incredibly rare and expensive.

Overall it helped me sleep and gives a mild euphoria this is only if you use loads though in small amounts it doesn't really do anything and the effects are very short however it doesn't cause a hangover or residual effects when you wake up the next day and makes you drowsy if you use it before bedtime so its actually quite good for sleep and is a mild sedative as well.

Its good in a tea and you can also smoke it as well however smoking it is harsh I would go for the tea 1 hour before bed you can add the flower to some tea bags or you can buy tea bags ready made from there store with it inside.

Several things went wrong the first being the product was called Blue Dream Tea Canada when in fact the company is in the UK and the product had to be shipped from the UK which took nearly two weeks. The next thing is the 35% additional cost for duty when it arrived in Canada! There was no forewarning in anything written that the product may be subject to duty charges and as I mentioned in my first comment I assumed the product was coming from a warehouse in Canada. Additionally I attempted to contact the company about my concerns but there was no way to contact until I received a review request and zero response. Lastly we tried the product (tea bags) several times and there was absolutely no noticeable effect of any sort not even a mild effect.

Havnt received and my order was over £80. I tried contacting the website and support team and nothing. Not even an email to say they received my emails. I had a confirmation email when placed my order and the money was taken out and that was a month ago. I'm really disappointed and annoyed honestly. I had ordered from here before and the order was wrong but I gave it the benefit of doubt and reordered but never again. I don't know what to do now but I had an email to review the product I never got so here you go.

Pre rolls don’t draw, waste of money - scam

Good quality, excellent taste and mildly relaxing as suggested.

I paid for next day delivery before 1pm, and the order took 6 days to arrive. I also feel scammed and wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I would have paid £40 (including expedited delivery) for 25g if it was specially sourced, organic or from a conscious supplier, my experience does not indicate any of this to be true. I will be buying on amazon in future at a fraction of the cost.
