Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. Very professional and pleasant experience
Had a bluecrest wellness assessment in Bournemouth and it was carried out by Eva. Eva was very friendly and professional, explaining all the testing and making me feel comfortable. She managed to take my blood straight away with no problems which is very unusual for me as most of the time when I have blood taken it is a massive struggle and multiple attempts. Highly recommend and will be re-booking annually

First appointment with Bluecrest
Had my first appointment today with Ruth and Raj and I couldn't have been happier.
From the moment I got there they were both friendly and professional making me at ease straight away.
Ruth explained everything I was going to have and even went through extra benefits for myself.
Raj took my bloods as my veins aren't the easiest to work with and both ladies were super lovely. I wasn't nervous at all throughout.
I definitely recommend this service as it covers so much and there's also the option to pay monthly and get extras.

Eva has a really calm disposition and relaxed approach to her clients which left me at ease
Honestly I was quite nervous about this appointment and Im fully aware how much weight I've put on over the last couple of years and that could be contributing to some of the pains and aches I'm feeling and concerned about but I was so worried about being judged. I honestly had not a single worry to be had as Eva was so lovely, super professional and really made me feel at ease. I couldn't have asked for a more lovely nurse to make me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with everything. She was very thorough in her explanations and what was going to be included in the appointment and what happens after and didn't make me feel stupid when I had questions to ask. Hopefully my results will give me the kickstart I need to get my health back on track as it's always an eye opener to figure out what's going on under the skin!
It is expensive but if you have any health worries and the GP won't see you for months then I 100% recommend getting some answers from these guys so that atleast the GP can fast track your needs when they see the blood work etc has already been done.

I recently had my health assessment with Ava and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, but what stood out most was how warm and easy to talk to she was. My health assessment was carried out by Fiona Meldrum
My health assessment was carried out by Fiona Meldrum at the Holiday Inn express in Lichfield. The signage and directions were really good and Fiona greeted me just before my appointment time and took me through to the examination area.
Before the assessment began, Fiona explained what we would be doing and for what purpose and we then went through all of the different tests that I had paid for.
Fiona was very calm and professional, clearly very experienced in her role. I found her to be polite and chatty, but certainly not intrusive. Through our conversation she was able to understand and little about my history and reasons for taking the health assessment and then was able to offer me some additional tests to compliment the package I had bought, which looked at any areas of concern in more detail.
Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you Fiona Meldrum.

Really easy to book the health review through the Vitality App. The location on the day was easy to get to and pleasant to be in. Ruth, the health check assessor was great, very friendly and she put me at ease straight away. She explained the process as we went along and answered questions about the check up.
