Don’t trust this lot
Don’t trust this lot; my partner went for a so called comprehensive medical and the clinician turned into a salesman and extracted several hundred pounds more .
He was more interested in his golf sessions than her medical!
Several days after this shambles, she was blue lighted to hospital.
What a joke,full of excuses.
Don’t waste your money with this lot.

Bluecrest finest -Hannah & Heidi
I had an excellent experience at Bluecrest during my recent health check. Hannah and Heidi were both outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.
What impressed me most was their willingness to accommodate me even though there had been an issue with my booking and I wasn't scheduled correctly. They went out of their way to fit me in, which I really appreciated and saved me a wasted journey.
Their customer service was exceptional, and they handled everything with kindness, efficiency, and genuine care. They are a real credit to Bluecrest, and thanks to Hannah and Heidi, my experience was a very positive one. I would highly recommend Bluecrest based on the excellent service I received.

First time visiting Bluecrest Wellness…
First time visiting Bluecrest Wellness for a Health Assessment. I met Ruth who was excellent. Went through everything as it was a first time visit. Made me feel comfortable and treated me as a patient. Explained the whole process step by step. When it came to taking the blood sample it was my first at 45. Ruth did such a great job in getting me to relax and talking to me while it was being done it was over without much pain. Fantastic. I paid for an extra test as it was the first time to get more of a picture into my blood health.
Thanks Ruth you was amazing. Keep up the great work, friendliness and smile. You are an asset to your company your bosses should be proud!

Recently had a Health Executive check-up and was greeted by an extremely welcoming & warm young lady, Roqia.

I have been using Bluecrest for several…
I have been using Bluecrest for several year and have spent over 2,500 pounds with them, but no more. My specialist suggested I get some extra tests. I rang Bluecrest for their complete list of tests. They said they would send me a copy. After a week with no list I rang again. They said they would send the list. Instead they sent me their brochure as an email attachment. I told them that the list was spread over 49 pages most of which were taken up with giant photographs of professional studio advertising models which would take a whole set of printer cartridges costing around 60 pounds to print. They agreed to send the brochure by post. When it still hadn't arrived I phoned again. On the third phone call I was told that they could not send me a brochure. They offered no explanation. I said: no brochure-no more custom. They were unimpressed. When my anger subsided I decided to extract the test information from the emailed brochure. It took up six pages. So I had saved 43 pages of tacky Tik Tok level influencer marketing BS. They are being really stupid because with a list of extra tests customers would likely order more tests. Also word of mouth advertising is very effective. Any customer showing a more serious professional looking brochure to friends and relatives would certainly greatly increase their customer base. As it is they look incompetent, thoughtless, careless and unprofessional. As this is their customer facing side I am concerned that the side we cannot see, the testing side, is likely to be even worse. At the very least they badly need marketing advice from an adult.
