Overall, the experience has been excellent.
The only issue I had was with the difficulty in opening/closing the container. You really need to be built like a tank to close the doors and I always had to have my husband with me to close them.
Have moved our goods to a container site more local to us and I can close the doors with little effort; still just as secure!

Hired for a short period which developed into a year. No issues, clean unit, easy access any time. Great customer service always answered the phone immediately. Great price and very easy to return at short notice when new house purchase completed.

I had a storage locker for about 18 months as temporary storage while i moved house. I had no issues with the locker or the account. And handing back the locker when I was done was simple and quick.

Great customer service and great price. Definitely the best and cheapest around. If secure storage is what you are after then these are brilliant. I used the one in Hull which was ideal location for what I needed. Would definitely use them again.

Used Blue Box to store 2 cars whilst moving, only hoped to use for a month but the house purchase dragged on so spoke to someone in the office who informed me that if we vacated the containers with 2 weeks left on the hire we would get a refund, rang today only to be told that if it had been a week into the payment they would have refunded. You need to get your staff all following the same guidelines so now we paid £240 for 12 days hire so they get double for those units that will be rented out again. Wouldn't use you again.
