Fantastic experience altogether!! Staff, service quality, perfect timing are important to me & they fulfilled my expectations highly. I completely recommend Bluebnc company & will book future flights for sure.

If you want to stop worrying about all the matters related to a trip and just relax and enjoy…..you have to try Bluebnc!!!

A very professional staff that will provide you all the necessary to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

I recommend 💯. The quality of the staff's service was very gratifying.

The best company and crew! Love the experience ❤️ highly recommended

I couldn’t have a better experience than with Bluebnc staff! I settled up my trip and they did all the rest for us! We just enjoyed and had chill time!! Was perfect ! Not so many companies are so reliable and service related as Bluebnc! Thanks to all the team for a great time in Bahamas !! We’ll repeat for sure !

I had an amazing time on board with my family! It was my first time in Mallorca and I was a bit nervous being a new adventure for me.

Felipe was amazing, he answered all our questions, and made sure I understood everything up until the day of the charter. They even arranged a birthday cake for my mom as a surprise!

The captain was super cool and showed us the best areas in Palma. If you come to Mallorca, renting a boat is definitely a must.

Chartered a boat with Bluebnc over the Christmas holidays. Service was quick and smooth from first contact and the boat looked perfect. The whole family was happy and we are definitely repeating next year. Highly recommend chartering with Bluebnc

Great Week charter experience around The Bahamas

The dream charter that turns into a nightmare.

Everything goes smoothly once you pick out your charter and pay the deposit. Less than a month before the charter I noticed our charter was no longer available online and reached out to Blue BNC on this matter. We had to pay more for another charter since it was high season and nothing else was available on such short notice. The company should’ve reached out as soon as they found out about the original charter instead of me finding out and reaching out. Lastly, the most disappointing part was the captain drinking and stealing money from us. He wouldn’t allow us to leave the boat until we gave him “his fee”. We told him we already paid and everything was settled. He was very aggressive and was forced to hand over €300 in cash. I’ve tried to be patient and settle this with Eddie as he promised we would get a refund. 2 months have passed and he keeps coming up with excuses every week I ask the timeline for the refund is. At this point it’s very evident we will never get our money that was stolen from us back. This incident ruined the whole experience and have no trust this wouldn’t happen again to someone else. There are plenty of other ways you can charter a yacht other than chartering through Blue BNC. In saying that I absolutely do not recommend them.

UPDATE: We eventually were reimbursed for our €300, ironically the same day this review went up.

My friends and I were supposed to charter a yacht on Saturday. I had been dealing with Eddie, since last year.
I had no word from him about meeting points etc until he messaged me at 5pm the night before and cancelled the booking. We had booked this for my husbands 40th birthday so you can imagine how upsetting this was the night before.
A problem with the engine I was told, although the fact that the boat has been taken off the website altogether makes me wonder what the real reason was.
There was one alternative ONLY, we had booked a yacht and the alternative was an open RIB boat. To which I was told I could have it for the same price (definitely not worth it).
So in the end had to opt for a refund! Over all very disappointing and poor service!!

Went on a day trip with some friends and everything was perfect!
The boat was clean and the experience on the island was fantastic.

Great service and beautiful boat. Had the best time, will definitely book again.

We had a great day exploring the island. The boat was comfortable and clean and the team was super helpful. Will definitely repeat this experience with Bluebnc!

I planned my trip to Mallorca months ago, before lockdown started in Spain and I already had book yacht for a week.
I was worried with all the issues about flying and get to Mallorca.
I called them and they were very helpful and comprehensive. First, Edward attended me explaining all options of refund and changes. I lately called, and James told us to not worry. He also helped us with the transfer from the airport and some nice restaurants in the island.
The yacht was fantastic, there is no better way to enjoy the island as that. Edward wqs daily contacting us to be sure that everything was going smooth and fine. Very attentive and helpful.
I really recommend them as also the experience to sleep, enjoy and spend some days on the boat with your family and friends!

Nice experience, the best way to discover the Island. Great service

Went on a day trip and everything was amazing! The boat was clean and in perfect condition.

Great service. I booked last minute, and everything went smooth and easy! Thank you for the experience
