First Impressions..
As a relatively new employee I have been impressed with the support I have received from the office team and senior management. Entering a new role at management level is always daunting but I am impressed with how the franchise works, the training and support for care assistants and the links Bluebird Care MK has to professional bodies such as the local hospitals, hospices, nurses and other relevant agencies. The team work hard to be professional and ahead of their game within the care sector. Which I am proud to now be part of.
Bluebird Care is well organised and ran by individuals who clearly care and want to make a difference, which is everything you look for in a potential care provider or place of work.
