Pillow Mist
Having used various “pillow mist sprays” to aid sleep this is the best one, the others I have used from Boots,Tisserand, Body Shop and Neal’s Yard favour Lavender but I find that Lavender can also be a stimulant if sprayed too liberally, Bloomthe best one for sleep.

Thanks so much for the lovely review Patricia, and you are 100% right about Lavender being a stimulant if used to excess - it's a strange paradox that not many people are aware of, and it's exactly why the lavender content of our mist is kept to a minimum. There are lots of other sedative essential oils out there and we like to keep them front of mind. So glad it has worked for you - and thank you for taking the time to review us! x
