Avoid at all costs
I purchased shampoo and conditioner from this store. Once I received it my hair dresser informed me I had ordered the incorrect products. I emailed to requested a return ( products had not been used) I was advised to return the product and a full refund would be issued. I was not informed by anyone that they can supply a returns note so I paid £8 for next day delivery. On receipt of my products at their depot it was clear my product was damaged in transit as the shampoo had spilt out. I have since been accused I have used the shampoo and have only been refunded for the conditioner. My shampoo has been returned back to me but I find it disgusting that I have been accused I’ve used a product I have categorically not used due to ordering incorrect product.
I will not be buying from this shambles of a company again and certainly will not be recommending them. Don’t expect refunds when you return products you’ll just be accused you’ve used them.

We're sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received.
We would like to clarify that we did not accuse you of using the shampoo but as is stated in our returns policy "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase."
We received the Shampoo back damaged, opened and leaked, as per the photos we provided to you, and as such we would be unable to refund you for that product. We have since paid for the product to be posted back to you.
With regards to the cost paid by yourself for posting the products back, you are correct that, as you wished to return your items within 14 days, we would and should have paid for the postage to return these items. In relation to this we apologise for the mix up in not advising as such at the time. We have emailed you separately and refunded the cost paid in postage for you to initially return the items as this was an error on our part and we apologise for this.
We would like to add that we have never had any customers receive their products in the condition in which we received your returns and neither have we received any returns in such condition. As previously stated the condition of the shampoo was not in line with our returns policy and we communicated this at the time of receipt along with photo evidence. We have since sent the shampoo back to you and we hope that you enjoy the product. We have also since refunded you for the conditioner that was returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

Worst experience
Worst experience ever and still waiting on a response for a refund . My extensions within the first week were falling out had to get them tightened and also cut on two separate occasions in the salon due to how badly it was cut when they were initially fitted. After having them tightened I still then had lost over 30 plus extensions within a month they kept just falling out, I spent over £600 on these and I have had to go and pay a separate salon to take them out and pay to get new extensions in. I have emailed twice and still awaiting a response. Do not get your extensions done here. Complete waste of money.
