Well made and easy to use.
There is now a five year warranty and the price is now competitive.

Very helpful

The wash is very good, mostly use the quick wash.
It drys well, we respond to make sure it is as dry as possible before placing on the line.
A very quiet machine when in use so that is a plus.
The end alarm ( the notification noise ) is very very quiet, so not much use if you are in the garden awaiting the end of wash!

They were on time, very professional but friendly and worked hard to fit the integrated fridge.

Registering new product.
Call handler advised me to do it online. Serial number needed to do so. It’s at back of fridge compartment and was impossible to read despite wearing glasses, using a magnifier, taking a photo on my phone. Call handler consulted colleague. Was advised to contact the retailer, they record of the 10 digit number. Did so. Retailer does not record serial numbers.
By chance I spotted a 10 digit number on the Efficiency rating card.
Another phone call and hey presto appliance registered.
Poor show when call handlers
- consider it beneath them to register appliances
- apparently are not aware serial number is on the Efficiency rating sticker for the appliance.
Two stars rather than just one
because the appliance is working and has a little more capacity and better layout that the old one.

Fridge freezer looks good and is working well, which is very necessary in this hot weather.

Had our previous Blomberg washer over 12 years and loved it. Built to last with a lovely exterior finish. Come with a good guarantee. Blomberg are a suoerb washing machine.

The washing machine itself is excellent and I’m very happy with the product. Unfortunately, my experience with Blomberg customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I have called customer service five times and none of the advisers understood my query. One adviser even tried to book a repair, despite the appliance working perfectly. The only issue was obtaining written confirmation that my warranty had been correctly updated from 3 years to the 5-year guarantee included with my Euronics purchase.

Even after emails between Euronics and Blomberg, I still have not received clear written confirmation of the 5-year guarantee. This should have been a very simple request to resolve.

Excellent washing machine, but so far the customer service has been completely unfit for purpose.

Honour the 5 year guarantee you advertised and not the 3 year guarantee you finally provided

Unfortunately we found that the fridge seals were not working properly and we had to contact supplier to rectify. Once sorted after a minor adjustment we can now say we are over the moon with our new fridge freezer. Thank you.

everything went wrong from trying to get a repair or a replacement, no one seemed to know what was going on, we were without a fridge freezer for 3 weeks at the hoist time of the year, if it wasn't for our local euronics store who sorted thing out for us I thing I would still be waiting, we waited a week for an engineer he said it needed new parts he would order them we would hear when they were ready, no one phoned we were then told after phoning ourselves the parts were no longer available so we would get a replacement as it is still under guarantee, that didn't happen phoned again the parts were now all of a sudden available , but it would be 2 weeks before they would turn up spoke to someone who said as been as we had waited so long she would pass a request for a replacement, we were told we would not get a replacement, eventually we were offered an uplift number which we took to our local supplier he ordered an new ridge freezer while we were still in the shop, it was out of stock so it was another week before we got it, if your star ratings had a minus it would be a 10

We had a Blomberg washing machine for 13 years and when that went wrong our obvious choice was to replace it with another Blomberg.

Easy to register warranty, and glad I bought this tumble dryer as its great and does the job perfectly

Polite men could have done with a bit more info on how to use it. Otherwise ok.
