Booked an hour appointment for back and…

Booked an hour appointment for back and knee problem. Saw a knowledge chap who did an examination and gave some advice for stretches. I however expect some sort of treatment to relieve the symptoms. Should have booked a sports massage elsewhere

Very Impressed....

I've had two sessions up to date and on both occasions Caroline has been very professional and informative in all aspects. Booking sessions has been straight forward and hopefully the issue I've picked up can be resolved soon.

Very thorough and professional…

Very thorough and professional approach. I would not hesitate to recommend and I am a Yoga Teacher who has wide understanding of the topic I was asking for extra help with so thank you all the team for a great treatment and education programme.

Great!

Appointment was easy to book with a range of times and dates. Communication and reminders were a great help. Sports massage was super - feeling better already. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
