I buy licence keys from them every year. No issues.

Do not use this business. They sold us a Nuance Dragon Legal 16 Program. They provided a license key to activate the program , however it was only you access on 6 occasions and then you had to provide a key to start the program. No key was provided . I contacted Nuance and they advised they had discontinued this product over a year ago and Blitzhandel wasn't accredited to sell. Contact Blitzhandel and no reply. Criminal activity

Please read the negative reviews. Unfortunately the software I purchased didn't work on my system when I tried to install it my Norton blocked the installation as malicious software. I emailed It them and they told me to lower the level of my Norton Anti Virus which I didnt do because Norton was doing what it is supposed to do to stop malicious software. I had to clean my
system in case there was any malicious software installed. I requested a refund and didn't get a refund from them. So be careful and read the negative reviews. This could be a scam company.

Je paie une licence pour DVD Creator, seulement ils me fournissent une licence que j'ai ensuite rentrée sur Wondershare et je remarque qu'il s'agit d'une licence pour DemoCreator AI. Je bataille toujours avec le service client malgré avoir montré toutes les captures d'écran possibles, 3 jours après, je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma licence, j'ai l'impression que l'on me traite de menteur, ils me disent qu'ils contactent actuellement Wondershare pour vérifier que je ne mente pas, je trouve ça honteux. Premier et dernier achat sur leur site. Du moins s'ils me livrent.

I purchased MS Publisher 2019 from Blitzhandle24, it downloaded OK but would not load due to a clash with my MS Home & Office Business 2021 already loaded. My fault I should have ordered MS Publisher 2021 to be compatible.
I called the helpdesk on 0800 0869290 and was advised to reply to the email quoting the Product Key, this would then go to the Customer Support team, quoting what was wrong with a photo of the error I was getting. I was sent a fault Reference number by return.
I was sent a new link to download a retail version of the software, this downloaded OK and installed OK but it was all in German, I’d to use Google translate to work out what keys to press and what to do…..I got to the activation stage but could only select telephone activation as instructed and select Deutschland as the region not the United Kingdom. I called the 0800 quoted but it was not in service.
Back to the Customer Support team who finally sent my a link for the English version of MS Publisher 2019 to download. It failed 3 times until I pressed the reload button and the download continued successfully. The program successfully installed on my laptop but with no MS Publisher icon. I tried to open an existing MS Publisher file and they miraculously appeared on the toolbar. Success at last, it only took a week from purchase to a working program. Excellent downloads and buying from Blitzhandle24.co.uk, but the Customer Service could be a bit better when things go wrong. Overall, 4/5 for service. Would I use them again, Yes certainly.

Customer support - quick response to emails. Product purchased and downloaded (Avanquest Fix-It Utilities 14/German only, apparently not available in English??). Nightmare software capable of inflicting untold short and, in particular, long term corruption to a computer. Utter and absolute crap - do NOT touch! Refund requested - unequivocally denied!

I was very suspicious after reading some reviews, but Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 for £21.14 was irresistible! Initially installer file wouldn't run and I began to think I may have been 'had', then realised that all non-microsoft apps were blocked on my W11 pc. Changed this setting and all good! Product key worked fine. Thoroughly recommend!

ÐO NOT BUY DROM THIS COMPANY.. COUNTERFIT PRODUCTS! When I contacted them they told me they couldn't refund me because I'd activated the program, regardless if it works or not.
They funny thing is I didn't ask for a refund I wanted a working program.
SCAMMERS!!

Do not order from this company fake software
Ordered software from company , they send you fraudulent software links and key codes phoned them back telling them that the software did not even get to the download stage told me that they would send a new link by email never arrived. Rang the next day asked for a refund, asked to speak to the guy who kept emailing conveniently not available. They didn't even understand their own form on there site for complaints.. from all accounts don't even think the people who are emailing are real people

Following a speedy and efficiently-handled purchase of a further year's subscription of Kaspersky's anti-virus software, when renewal date arrived the new subscription failed to activate: the licence key was "invalid in this region" (Great Britain). Blitzhandel24's response to my brief email describing the problem came back within an hour. Their technical staff had made the necessary adjustment, and the licence code for the new subscription should now work. I tried it, and it successfully activated the new subscription instantly! Excellent customer support and service.

This is a scam. They sell windows server 2025 5 User CAL that is not even released by Microsoft and they claim that I will only receive a "declaration of descrution", unbelievable.

I bought a software package from them. It was good value and cheaply priced. I'm happy. It turned out to be money well spent. I struggled to install it, but that was my fault; I'm a bit rusty. I solved the problems myself in the end but it was good to know that they were there as backup. Their service team were friendly, helpful, and patient. Firefighting isn't easy.

Product was mis-described, mis-advertised, mis-sold and would not work. The company even confirmed it would work BEFORE the order. They admit ALL of this but NO REFUND. MANIFESTLY UNETHICAL and I feel like the victim of blatant t**** [YOU CAN GUESS HOW I FEEL BUT I CANNOT USE THIS WORD]. Post sale service was even worse. DO NOT RISK A SINGLE CENT/PENNY.

Scammers. Do not buy from these people. Their digital products do not work in the UK . They are not honest and will not return your money.

I tried to download Dragon Naturally Speaking 15 at a cost of £ 122. Their 'right of withdrawal' ie supposedly a 14 day guarantee is meaningless. They deem it to expire at the point of purchase (?!!). There will be a lot of pretend help which just wastes time. I reported them for fraud to the UK police body but since they operate from Germany.....

Purchased a 3 year software subscription at a great price.
Received immediate email confirmation of purchase.
Invoice and software activation key came in 2 separate emails approximately 1 hour later.
The activation went ahead with no problem at all.
The overall process was just as described on their site.

5☆ simple, straightforward instructions to renew my bitdefender at a great price for 2 years. Highly recommend.

There is an old saying....you are as good as your last......!! Well I read some bad reviews and still thought I would give this a go as I needed a copy of the above mentioned software. This was discontinued years ago but is still my favourite for designing all my business stationary. I lost all the hard copies but still have all the passwords, just needed a digital download. This was delivered within a few seconds after paying and the password they provided also worked. Can't fault them. And no I am not getting paid !....but a Warsteiner wouldn't go a miss! ;) Happy New Year
