Blitz Active makes sugar-free effervescent electrolyte tablets in the UK. We're a family-run brand founded in Kent in 2025 by three family members who got tired of sugary sports drinks and mystery colours, so we made the tube we wanted ourselves. One orange tablet dissolves in 500ml of cold water to make a lightly flavoured electrolyte drink for before, during or after exercise. Each tube holds 20 tablets, and each tablet contains 270mg sodium, 100mg potassium, 25mg magnesium, 40mg vitamin C and 2.5mg zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. The tablets contain no sugar and no caffeine. The formula was created by our co-founder Tara Canham, a Level 4 certified nutritionist. Do you need electrolytes every day? For most people, most of the time, water and a good diet are enough, and we'd rather tell you when electrolyte tablets are worth it than sell you something you don't need. We publish the full ingredients list and describe what the tablets are rather than what they'll do. Blitz is about how you feel and perform in sport, never how you look. We've grown through grassroots sport rather than advertising, working with run clubs, padel clubs, rugby clubs, futsal clubs, university athletics teams and gym societies across the UK. Blitz Active is available at blitz-active.com, on Amazon UK and on TikTok Shop, with free next-day delivery on orders placed before 11am, packed by us in Kent.
