Delivery was super quick
Delivery was super quick and product was easy to fit together. I bought the massage office chair and apart from being a tad bit noisy it is a fantastic piece of kit.

Would have given a 5 star review but there was a problem with the chair received. The customer service was excellent they resolved the issue very quickly and sent out a new backrest within 48 hours keeping me informed all the time. Would definately order from them again.

Cheap rubbish,
My "cheap" radiator cover arrived broken and cracked, soon as the delivery man arrived at my door with an opened box that has been very poorly put back together with sellotape hanging off it everywhere I knew I had been sent a second hand item that has already been opened and returned, the quality was terrible, not like the photos, cheap rubbish with a cheap plastic laminate over it that was slightly peeling, the main part the front was practically cracked in half, best thing about this was the company agreed to refund after seeing the photos, they didn't want it returned as it was no good to anyone, it's now broken up and put in the bins.

Ordered the 4+3 chest of drawers. White with oak veneer top. Arrived with nothing missing & no damage anywhere. Instructions were clear & easy to understand, very smart chest of drawers & good value for money. Blisswood were very quick to respond to a few questions I put to them. Can't fault them in anyway.
