Easy online ordering
Easy online ordering. Upon receipt, it became obvious that shirt sizes run small. We never know what to expect, so this description would be ideal when reviewing shirt deets. Also, the shipping took a long time. I'd love to receive orders faster. Thanks for the survey opportunity ~

Thank you so much for the feedback! We're glad you found the online ordering process easy. We're sorry the sizing and shipping experience didn't meet expectations.
For your next order you can find the size chart information to the right of the "add to cart" button (just above it and along the right size of the screen). Your company has selected the on demand model for their store, so items are produced on demand and shipped as they become available. This can result in longer fulfillment times.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
Still sent an X-Large shirt
when placing my order, I accidently order an X-large and I asked them if they could switch it out and they assured me they changed it to the large shirt that I was needing. Got my shirt in and it's still an x-large. Very disappointed that they still sent me an x-large after telling me they fixed it.

Thank you for the feedback! Our CRM does allow for live tracking updates however this results in an email for every status update from the carrier (around 15-20 emails per shipment) and due to complaints we turned that feature off. We will provide the feedback to our CRM to see about better options in the future.
