Blinds arrived much faster than promised. I haven't installed them yet but they seem to be asorderrd.

Blinds arived with wrong dimensions.
Installer has no clue what to do.. uppon verification we found out. Measuments were wrong. And blinds were also build with, widh dimensions height dimensions reversed.

This company is a joke.

Showroom was well organized and respectful of current Covid restrictions. Salesperson was helpful and efficient . Order was delivered when expected. Installation was tricky but very happy with final product.

I was very pleased with the service I received and the speed that they arrived and were installed from the time they were ordered. The installation went perfectly and the installer excellent. Overall I am pleased with everything and they look very nice.

Love the blinds but we had a really difficult time getting the end with the roller mechanism into the bracket. The push pin end was fine. We finally resorted to putting the blind into the bracket and then carefully screwing the bracket to the frame. No ideal, but our o luck option after several hours of trying to do it the correct way.

I was super pleased with the service that I got from the saleslady, Wendy --I forget her last name.. She was very helpful with my selection. The installer was clean & effecient .
I couldn't ask for better service from the Windsor location & would recommend them & go back myself when the time comes.

Verbal pricing promises were not kept. The blinds themselves are fine but all of them came in too long so the zebra panels barely line up when closed.

My order was perfect. All hardware was in the box. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Your staff specially from Middle Eastern origin needs to get a crash course in Customer service your product the one i bought compared to your competitors is inferior in quality or may be i was not given a choice of products. Overall not a good experience

Great service from day one to installation

Blinds to Go was very efficient to honour my warranty and restring my blinds. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and now my blinds fall just like new. Customer service was very friendly and courteous which was nice especially during these trying times. Thank you

I would like to start with saying the lady that sold us our blinds at the Windsor location was very nice to us and I have nothing negative to write about that experience. However , when my husband picked up both of our blinds in the boxes and came home there was two missing pieces in the one box so when he went back to the store they offered him something that looked like cardboard in replacement to this missing piece. He then called the head office and they said they would call him back after they reviewed and spoke to their manager. They never ended up calling back but instead a week later we got a $25 credit off of $500, which in my opinion is a slap in the face. We have bought both of our blinds upstairs and downstairs off of you guys and it really is sad that we only got $25 back. Not to mention when we looked at the box they came in it said that anyone automatically will for a $40 credit if there’s something missing or wrong with the purchase.

Everything went well except for one blind (out of nine) that had to be replaced.

The service was quick and efficient. Measurements correct. Color just right.thank you
