Service clientèle flop total du début jusqu’à la fin. Prise de commande en magasin qui ne finissait plus, aucun suivi après la prise de commande, reçu pas la bonne couleur et grandeur, délai interminable, remis en production pour un autre temps d’attente qui a par la suite été pris en charge par le département de service client qui a mis la commande prioritaire
