The sales person and the measurer / installer, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The installation was painless. These blinds are made in Canada. I am extremely happy with my blinds, and am planning to purchase more.

Blind was faulty
Blind was faulty. It had something loose inside. Installer decided to repair so that we would not have ship back to Montreal. It was immediately installed and is working perfectly.

Not only were they able to find an absolute match for the defective blinds from my newly acquired Condo, but they were able to find the original bill of sale from the previous Condo owners and managed to replace the blinds under warranty.
