Our store rep was very accommodating
Our store rep (Parash) was very accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. It was great that another rep came by our place to make sure we measured accurately. (Which we did) The installation rep was terrific, on time and did a great job. NOT exactly sure of the day we ordered OR the exact day of installation in November/December, 2025

Lovin' our new look!
Every process from selection, to purchase to pick up was great. Sales person was very helpful. We opted to install the zebra shades and a vinyl shade ourselves. Was fairly quick and easy.

Not impressed - issues with installation and blind quality.
Multiple issues with installation (mismeasured, delays, improper screw placements), and quality of blinds was lower than expected - there is clear warping of certain blinds.

Unfortunate experience
Unfortunately the woman taking my order did not place it and then called me 4 weeks later asking why I did not phone her to confirm my order. However, I had and therefore my blinds arrived 4 weeks late. When I did receive my two blinds, one valance was too small, the valances were 2 different designs and the base of each blind was a different design as well. They eventually replaced the blinds but the entire experience was disappointing.

I had written our change of phone…
I had written our change of phone number on the original invoice we sent back with the blinds for repair. Since nobody updated it there was no way to notify us that the blinds were ready to return. (Until we had to go to a store to investigate)

Light blocking
The cellular blinds do not completely block light. There is still light coming through around the edges. Perhaps do not take 1/2 half inch off the actual width measurement. It's too much.

Thank you Olivia. Which store did you work with for this order? We would like to look into this more for you and see if there is anything that can be done to help further but need to speak with your showroom first and the design consultant who helped you.
Hi Olivia, we are sorry to hear about your satisfaction with the shades and their light blocking capabilities. There should only be about 1/8 - 1/4" of light gaps on either side of the window if measured and fitting properly for any inside mount. We have to take a deduction in order to fit it within the window frame for inside mounts - would you mind providing your order number so we can look into this further for you? Thank you!

Clueless consultants

Not happy at all with their support.
They advertise that they have consultants, but they were not helpful at all...
I bought two shades and two vertical blinds. I showed the pictures of my living room to the “consultant” and ended up buying one (colour) that looks awful on my living room and there’s no return... I was expecting she would be more helpful since she works with it and I assumed that she knew what she was talking about. Waste of money.
