I initially purchased a three-pack of this item. Figured I could gift the ones I did not use. I wasn’t impressed, to the point that I won’t gift that garbage to anyone. I did not bother with trying to return them, that’s just me. I chalked it up to a loss. Not even two weeks later I see an additional $29.99 deduction from my bank account. Mind you, these days you really have to look half a dozen times when you order ANYTHING online, because they’re all trying to sneak in a subscription that nobody wants. I did my thing. No subscription. And besides, with a subscription, you usually get more product. THIS is NOT the case. I had to contact my bank to try to settle this issue (so far they’re failing miserably), but this gypsy-esque scam of a conpany WILL take advantage of your financial information for their -at this point- ‘pet rock’ product. Save your money and aggravation, because this company is a scam. My initial purchase was on February 24th—$63.96 for three rocks that don’t do crap. Then additional $29.99 scam charge that my worthless bank let go through on March 10th. I am still trying to get this rectified. Save yourself the aggravation. Their product is worthless crap and the company is of highly unethical (un?) trustworthiness.

Absolutely horrible product and customer service. I contacted them to let them know that my left underarm burned and swelled. They had a nerve to try to push me to keep the product. After a few email exchanges, they offered 70% refund and 40 days to process. At this point, I am contacting my bank. I too have a small business and I am very accommodating to my customers. This company should not exist. The hair removal product is terrible.

Friction burn and no hair removal at all. Ended up throwing it away after two tries.

Just terrible. First I order a product in the first week of December and take two weeks to get shipped and then find out that it’s coming from China. I would’ve never bought anything from this company had I known it was coming from China.
Then the tracking is all whacked because it’s going through China tracking. There’s no sign of a delivery date or when it will get to the destination. Then one day I get an update that says it was out for delivery suddenly. It never gets delivered and the next day there’s an update that says Delivery failure with no explanation and no way to track whatever company was delivering it.
I would not buy anything from this company because you’ll never get it and it’ll never get to where you need it to go.
I don’t know how a company like this stays in business.

Wow i didnt know until my order went through and a couple days later I got some updates and turned out this place sells from China! I ordered in earlier December and it's almost Xmas and the product still hasn't gotten to the recipient and still held up in China somewhere. Had I known this company sold direct from China I would have never order this. Very deceptive not to tell you customers this would take weeks to arrive and that I gets shipped from China. Poor business practice. Never will I order from this company again!

Paid £40 for razer burn and no hair removal. So disappointed. Very misleading. Very deceitful by making fake reviews.

Scarred my leg using this product, a year later and its still flaring up and itchy. Damage has been long lasting I'm so very disappointed. Took long enough to get my money back for the product but its not really enough.

Bleame have breached data protection rules and TP’s personal information rule by putting someone’s E mail details in a reply to a customer (initials BB - don’t know how to report this without her full name) on 28th May 2024. The breach of personal information of their customer is unbelievable. I tried to flag it but could only flag the review not the reply. Maybe Trustpilot need to allow flagging of replies as well?

Total scam! Does not work at all! No customer service response on refund.

They just add their brand name over the Chinese product and they sell it to you over 4-5 times the Aliexpress price ! Don't get caught girls !

I was very excited to try Bleame out after seeing the adverts for it all the time online, so I finally took the plunge and ordered! I got the Crystal Eraser that came with the pot of scrub.

The scrub is really nice actually, leaves my legs feeling silky soft. But the Crystal Eraser was just useless.

It worked like a charm for the first 10-15mins but then its like the crystal just, ran out, or dulled, because i only got half way through doing my legs and it just stopped removing hair completely?

I tried wiping it and I followed all the instructions I was given but in the end I just gave up and shaved the rest of my legs. Really disappointing. I got in touch and was offered a 50% refund, still not sure how I feel about it, better than nothing back I guess!

I received a used item and I emailed them asking them how to return for a refund. I had to send 10 emails in order to get a response and the response was a guide on how to use it. They totally Ignore my request, they respond once every 24 hours in the middle of the night purposefully, and tell customer things they don’t want. They claim they want their customer satisfied and happy but they just want to drive you crazy until some people give up and then they keep your money. I am not one of those people- I emailed them again and then someone wrote me back and offered me a 50% or 75% refund which is something specially i didn’t ask for and something I knew they would do bc millions of ppl complain abt the same same thing. they claimed once again that my satisfaction was “top priority” but they are scam artists bc they don’t care if you want a refund. They will put you thru hell and back getting u to the point of bank disputes before they give up. this company is a joke. if I don’t receive my refund within the next 24 hours, I will take appropriate action

This is my second eraser! I stopped using razors, I don't shave a lot, so this helps so much. I don't recommend on anything other than legs or arms. It doesn't get the soft hairs like on my thighs but it's great for my calves. You have to use a trimmer or a razor to get some spots. Grateful for this product!

i’ve tried this several times and each time it leaves burns on my legs!
