Ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. No email confirmation or contact info to follow up. Scam

Ordered items 2 months ago. My items have not arrived. The email response is just them saying they do not control the logistics team and are refusing to refund. I wish like many that I had read the reviews of this company who rip you off and have not delivered what I have paid for !!

Ordered 9th June 2023 no order has arrived wish I'd read these reviews first Facebook need to do something about these scams if they can monitor our buying habits surely they can stop the scammers 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered the item in June, didn't arrive til late July (which was too late) then didn't fit, nothing like the photo, it's now August and still waiting a return address. Offered £3 to keep then offered £4 to keep but want my full refund and they will not send me a return address, shocking Customer Service, never ever buy anything from them again. Have sent 2-3 emails to their customer service every day but they still will not give me a return address. Very unhappy customer. 7/08 - now have a return address if anyone would like it?

Update: 23rd August - sent the parcel back (in original packaging), proof of postage, still waiting on full refund - have done exactly what they said on their website - still no refund, will never ever order again from here - shocking customer service :(

Scam scam scam! First they overcharged me. Second it’s been over a month and still nothing. This is just a con!!!!!!!

Ordered on 8th June ... item apparently arrived 7th July into the UK ..I wasn't in a rush for the item but what annoys me it I've emailed both the shipping service as well as the company itself for the past 2 weeks and they are both ignoring me. STAY away from this company as they are a complete sham ..who knows if i will ever get this item!!!

Never received my order and kept been told
To be patient . Still not arrived 6 weeks later and no sign of tracking details. I will be reporting to the Police for fraud. Wish I’d of read the reviews prior.

Do not buy from blazecrown! Item looks totally different also came faulty so therefore unwareable and will not provide return address gave a discount of £12 still making the outfit £26 which is unacceptable when it’s unwareable. Does not respond to emails. Will never buy from these again. How Karlna allow them to trade though them is beyond me also been hopeless in helping resolve also.

Why did I not read these reviews before purchasing!
Same story. Total scam. I first waited over a month for delivery, it went astray and they dispatched another which was delivered in 3 days.
However the quality is shocking, not fit for purpose and nothing like advertised.
They said to gift it to a friend and NOT to ask them for the returns address! But it's not to be sent to the address on the invoice!
Absolute joke.
After reading the other reviews I'm going to check my bank account too.

Awful service awful item would not fit anyone let alone a 34 as described. Customer service advised gift to a friend. Overcharged my bank. Told me that reporting it further would take a long time, item took 6 weeks to arrive! Never again! Stay away. Do not buy from this place!

Took a long time over one month to arrive. Ordered one size bigger bra than I am. No way is this the right size.
Terrible customer service, they basically call me a liar and said to gift to one of my friends. This was advertized on Fb how do they get away with this!! total scam, currently trying to see if my credit card company can help me get a refund. DO NOT BUY

Don't buy.I ordered 2 pair bras in the size that I know I am and there is no way that these are that size. Contacted customer services and they told me they were the size I order so they can't help.

I ordered a 34E strapless bra and although the bra said 34E, the size is closer to an A cup. They won't accept the item back and don't give refunds! Avoid at all costs.

The customer service is appalling. I never received any updates on my order so wasn’t not aware that the item was delivered- which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Ervi had left in a communal area and it went missing. Having paid for shipping insurance I complained that had I been notified it was delivered by either company there would have been no issue. Got a blanket reply that it was delivered so was my issue. What is the point of paying for insurance. Stay clear.

Wish I had read this first. They also took extra money from my account. My parcel is with EVRI but they can’t deliver it!!!! Can’t speak to anyone. I have now contacted my credit card company to step in. Please do not buy.

Thieves! Take your money and send absolute rubbish, I purchased a Strapless bra, sizing was nowhere near stated, contacted them to be told, 'give them to someone'! I threatened them with trading standards, the reply 'it will cost you much money to return! Absolute scamming thieving scum!

Firstly my items took so long to be delivered. Then when received the quality was so poor when I took them out faulty too. When I contacted them to return the basically told me the cost to return is too much still not resolved! Never but from them!!!

So I fell into the trap of buying from this company after I got an ad for one of their products on Instagram. I bought it, and then got a notification from my bank that the company had taken out an extra £5 from my account. I know that isn’t a lot of money, but an overcharge is still not okay! After I saw this I looked up the brand and saw that everyone was calling it a scam, so I naturally panicked. I emailed the customer care team kicking off, honestly expecting nothing, I then froze my bank account to prevent them from taking even more money out. I surprisingly got a response from the customer care team within a few hours, where they gave me a whopping £3 refund! Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Evidently scammers and I’m totally baffled as to how their company is still running
