I ordered for halloween beginning of september and heard nothing for a bit, but I was able to contact them twice and they reassured that my order was on track to be ready soon as it was a made-to-order weapon and lots of people order, so bonus for communication. It arrived and the thing is sick. Looks good, feels good. I know there are reviews about print lines but really it doesnt bother me cause it looks good even up close and ultimately there arent really other good options to get the weapon I ordered unless I spent way more or tried making it myself. Only advice is to order well ahead of time like I did or else you risk a late delivery. Overall super happy with it, will definitely use them again in the future if I am in need of something for a costume or just want a replica. Cheers.

The props i bought were awesome! Everything came in perfect condition and the team worked exceptionally! They even included a letter and a few other goodies in the packet! Would definitely buy again and recommend to others

I live in the Northeastern United States. I would never believe that a Latvian package could get here faster than priority with our various shipping types. The replica itself (I purchased the CZ-75B for a cosplay) is more than passable. Although there is of course no moving parts, it’s a solid and detailed replica that’s lightweight and hardy considering that the thing was fully 3D printed. Would highly recommend them in the future- and I honestly may pre-order some stuff from them moving forward.

I just got Ebony & Ivory delivered and the quality is just astoundingly good, the colouring aswell as the details were done really well and the 3d-print is super smooth.

There's nothing that I could complain about. Will definitely buy more props in the future.

This was my first experience with custom 3D-printed cosplay props, so I realistically kept my expectations low. My order took four months to create, but it was definitely worth the wait! The quality of the plastic is outstanding and the paintwork is superb. Sure, there are a few bumps and imperfections here and there, but nothing that ruined the overall experience. The customer service was nice and kept me in the loop!

I am amending my previous review of the EC-17 blaster. The company has reached out to me and asked for measurements for a more appropriately-scaled replica, and offered to make this order right. I was very pleased (and frankly, surprised) to receive this offer. I will provide the required measurements next week, and will post another review if I receive a replacement product. Pretty good customer service, so far!

When I heard the props were hand crafted I didn’t expect the props to just be 3d printed which was a bit upsetting. Travel time honestly wasn’t too bad which is nice just upset with the quality which could totally be my fault for not reading more. The replica itself besides it being 3d printed is Super nice. The cartridge is perfect and the size is perfect too. Pause.

The RGB LED Katana i bought seems to be very well made. the sheath has rollers in it to assist pulling it out without scratching the LED strip, a well thought out addition. the order was slightly delayed due to them having the sword in stock but not the sheath, however Emma with their customer service let me know what the issue was, what was being done to fix it, and when I could expect an update. the app and remote to control the colors of the katana are easy to use and read. I just absolutely love the way this thing looks, and I hope it lasts me for years to come.

I received my prop super shotgun last week. It is a beautiful piece of art! I had very minor issue with it. I contacted for their support and I received great help and assistance from Emma. She literally contacted me back the next day and gave everything I need to fix the issue.
