Adele and Vickie are a formidable team, i can not stress enough how important it is to use the right broker, if you get this wrong it can break any deal.
Adele is full of knowledge and also very helpful, she is not just my broker she is now a friend for life... Sometimes i speak to her more than i do my wife ..LOL
Excellent service from start to finish .

Blanc have been absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Found me the most suitable and competitive product. fast and professional.
I really do Highly recommend.

Blanc have been my property finance brokers for 4 years now and I have to say the level of commitment they have provided on every deal has been by far the best I have experienced in all of 20 years I have been a property developer. The advice and customer service goes beyond what you expect from a broker. I would recommend the services of Blanc property finance to anyone seeking a quick turnaround on buying property and building a property portfolio. Thanks for all the help Blanc.

Best brokers out there. However complicated or difficult the situation is they will always make it work, find the best rate and do their utmost to get the deal over the line. Worth every penny and would not use anyone else.

Managed to get a mortgage application through the process in rapid time.

Excellent communications. Thank you very much.

Quickly worked through alternatives and got everything (including myself) organised to make the process very streamlined.

Adele and Vickie have been outstanding in managing our mortgage application. We secured excellent value for our HMO, and the entire process was handled efficiently and seamlessly.

Adele & Vickie are both faultless!
We had an extremely difficult situation with the way two bridging loans were set up, which required a HUGE amount of work to untangle.
The experience we had with Blanc Property could not have been more different than what we had come to expect.
We were taken through from start to finish in a meticulous, professional and caring way, which made us feel like we were their only clients.
Emails and messages were responded to almost immediately every time, and given the stress I was under, was so important!
Our HMO was re-valued £130k more than previously under their expert advice and our BTL was valued at £25k more!
Despite how tricky the situation got towards the end, and them plate spinning at least 6 Solicitors who were involved in the process, they got us through just before Christmas (which they promised they would do) so we could relax and enjoy our time with the family.
I cannot rate Adele & Vickie more highly. They have saved us literally £000's!!
The review above doesn't actually do them justice!

Best In The Game!

Adele and Vickie go above and beyond to help their clients get things over the line

Will always recommend Blanc Property finance! Once again saved, helped and guided us through the process. No doubt will be the same on the back end.

They are experts in their field

Adele and Vickie took care of refinancing of my properties portfolio, and I could not be grateful enough!

Having run multiple companies globally and struggling with previous brokers, I almost gave up. With Adele and Vickie process was seamless. They are super knowledgeable about the mortgage products, documents needed, additional information to provide. After efficient and stress-free time I received re-financing earlier than planned. I 'm already planning next large deals, always with Blanc. Sincerely

Adele and Vickie have been amazing with sorting finances for our properties in our business. With even complex transactions they make it seem so simple and all questions are answered in an understandable way to fill you with confidence. Great team to work with.

We were struggling to get mortgages on two of our properties with another broker. Thankfully, we found Blanc Property Finance. Adele's excellent relationship with the lender and her expertise with the different products shone through. Not only did she find us two mortgage products that matched our requirements, but she also secured us some excellent interest rates. Vickie helped us provide all the documentation we needed and kept us updated along the way. What an amazing team! We are so grateful and will not be using any other broker in the future. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Vickie and Adele from the start give sound, accurate concise advice and off the back of that, do exactly what they say they will do, always at the end of the phone or email to move matters forward. A grade service.
